My college placement rate is good the placement rate is around 80% . But if any don't get any placement they can apply to other shipping company they have to give exam and interview for that and they get placement . But if the student study good and have no KT in exam they he/she can get easily placement

I don't know much about this because I'm a first year student but I heard from many that you can get good placements and internship from the college, but in my cource rci has given a good opportunity for the bsc Hons psychology students that they can go for internship from second year so yes it's a good opportunity for students like us, I don't know about percentage of students getting placement, after I will complete my cource I'll go to Agra in psychiatry hospital as a intern or maybe I'll do social work

In this university, MANET ( Maharashtra Academy of Naval Education and Training ) is known for their discipline. As I am persuing is same academy. Academy life is very disciplined. We have our muster, parade, Pt , Gym everything goes in time.

The placement record is above average, however, the DG shipping of india strictly allows those cadets who do not have any backlogs in their previous semester examination to appear for placements. Students who have backlogs in their respective semester or previous semester are advised to clear the backlogs to appear for placement or recruitment drive.

For our course we have good placement records .Those who are clear in their subjects will definitely get the placement,cadets from 3 Rd semester are eligible for placement there are all reputed company of Shipping industry which comes in our college around 90 percentage cadets gets placed.

Placement facilities are good. Good companies come to recruit our cadets. The aim of a cadet should be to manage and as much as possible try to excel in academics and communication skills as well as have a round knowledge of the industry the percentage of students getting placed is almost 75 per cent to 80. I am placed in a good company and I wish to continue wth my job in the near future.

Infrastructure is the main attraction which motivate the students to join this college and stay motivated. The college also provides the best education in pune. One of the Best teaching faculties of this country are here to help and share there knowledge with there students. All the faculties emphasise more on practical knowledge rather than theoretical knowledge. These are the things I like the most about this college.

I chose Manet and opted for BSc. Nautical Science which is one of the course in marine field in deck department to get in the field of merchant navy because this college has its own reputation when it comes to quality education.Along with that it has good infrastructure, friendly environment and always have a scope for students to learn new things in their selected course. Yes, it's a truth that the placement record from few years is not as good as expected. You have to work very hard to get placed. So, the college needs to work in this field. But the faculties there, are very experienced and possess wide range of knowledge. They always try their best in their capacity to help each student to acquire knowledge in their respective subject. The facilities related to education are more than expected. A ship in campus is there to provide practical knowledge and make every student capable to deal with every situation which usually occur while you are on a ship. Apart from academics it provide opportunities for those who have interest in sports and consist of various sports mentor to guide students. The college conduct various sports event at college level and state level as well. It helps you to inculcate the officer like qualities which is very much require in this field.

Manet has been one of the top colleges providing education in naval section. It has a great infrastructure that attracted me to join this institute and moreover it has excellent ammenities. It has a good placement record.

Some of the experienced faculty here have 40+ years of sailing experience which, they are willing to impart to students who want to pursue merchant Navy as a career. Though marine field is going through a rough patch in terms of placements, this college is committed to provide the best of opportunities and provide an ideal exposure to train competent cadets. Recruiting companies are usually foreign based such as Maersk, MOL, Chevron, MOLTA etc
