- The overall faculty of the fine arts department is satisfactorily good.
- The seats are good in the class is a good strength projector good stuff there is people always helping each other.
- To be honest amity university kolkata gives placement very well.

- Food are not good and healthy sometime can cause food poisoning
- Transportation could be problematic due to the college's location off the main route, leading delays and inconvenience for students commuting to and from campus.
- The biggest con for the hostel student is they are not allowed to go out during weekdays. This becomes highly inconvenient in some situations and also during some emergency.

- The quality of infrastructure, campus amenities like 24 hours supply of clean drinking water , full ac campus , good food quality in canteens . Also the library is beautiful
- A lot of educational methods , aids , different teaching methods are used . Seminars , workshops , use of projectors etc.
- Most of the teachers are highly qualified for their jobs

- The attendance system is pretty problematic . It's not just the fact that student must complete 75% attendance per course . The classes per course could be 20-80 classes anything .
- Student under 75% can only sit in exam with the maximum score of B grade even though he or she had genuine problem of not attending the classes
- Too much assignments around exam time usually hamper our study experience before exam
Course Curriculum Overview:
I chose applied psychology to learn deeply about human being , their feelings , pain , choice of life . Applied psychology prepare you for various worldly applications like practicing as a clinical psychologist, or organisational psychologist , criminal psychologists, etc . Psychology is all about understanding yourself and others and how to be a better citizen to others . It's not just a theoretical subject so I suggest to not use very old experimental methods which are irrelevant to this type and diversity but improve these assessments , tests , experimental methods etc .

• teaches about other's historical bagrounds and Teaches many languages and the perfect way to use english in evey situation not only grammer but also about past of every country and the struggle ofartist, writiers.

- 1st,for the teaching process,we are very well taught by our teachers and they teach us with enthusiasm and interest
- The thing that i dont know yet about the placement issue is because i still havent gone in that year

- Nothing apart from the inner ceilings of the building .
- The boy and girl ratio is quite good but yes it is not something to unlike anout
- Here we still dont know much about the personality development as every people are from different cultures

While joining this course i researched alot about our university's teaching methods and the placements.After joi ing i realized that the way our professors teach us it makes us well prepared for real life struggles and hurdles.

- The campus infrastructure. Every course has a block for themselves. There is rarely any clash in classes.
- The discipline of teachers regarding the subject.
- Easy access to self study spaces. Libraries, foyers etc

- The wifi signals are weak. Difficult for students to watch lectures etc on campus
- The mess is not free for hostel students.
- The quality of food is not good as well. They don't put enough salt in the food

Amity University has one of the best psychology courses in the country. With an NIRF ranking of 39, Amity University is thriving in every aspect. It has student exchange programs with foreign universities and has a great approach to the best universities in the world.

- The Auditorium and its huge space taking many students at once

- Could be washrooms mostly in all buildings of the campus
- Some teachers who sometimes feel like they aren’t teaching
- Could be some students who we could call bully sometimes

Course Curriculum Overview:
The course curriculum is good. It doesn't provide irrelevant information and studies but instead actually teaches us things we can use in real life. As psychology students, mostly, whatever we studied was and would be used in real life, but of course, with experience.

- The canteen food is good and affordable and tasty
- It has Cafe Coffee Day and an ATM inside the campus

- Some lectures from few professors are so boring and worthless that we never understood anything and never got the chance to learn
Placement Experience:
Firstly, the campus not only provides us with the opportunity to get offers from India but also from abroad, we were able to start taking internships from 2nd year onwards but I started working from 1st year and it gave me practical based experience and knowledge and a lot to learn.

- You will not experience any sort of bullying or ragging that is frowned upon and students who do not abide by it are taken with serious measures.
- The floors can go over level 15, and there are 4 lifts in each building with a capacity of over 10 people pee round, and they are super fast as well.
- Huge variety of clubs open to students to take part in as a part of curriculum like management, dance, debate, sports.
Dislikes
- There can be a sense of favouritism as per as events are taken into consideration. Only your extreme social manners can save you
Placement Experience:
Students are offered placements in the final year of their course mainly. There are internships that can be taken through the course years. However, our batch wasn't given any internship/placement opportunity.
After getting the degreez I pursued my master's in english from Shri Shikshayatan college in Kolkata under the University of Calcutta

- The infrastructure is world class, one of the best in the city. All rooms in the campus have central AC.
- Amity gets you prepared for the real world out there through continuous evaluation, exposure and assignments in the form of presentations. Getting used to MS Word and PowerPoint will definitely be a plus point for your corporate life.
- The best part about being an Amitian is that it has 17 over seas campuses. You get a worldly recognition.
Dislikes
- One of the biggest drawbacks, of being a student at Amity, is its strictness with attendance. Once you fall short of 75% attendance, no matter what, you won’t be allowed to sit for end semester exams.
- If you hate paperwork, Amity isn’t the one for you. Once you take admission, you have to go through a lot of paperwork throughout your first semester.
- Since Amity University, Kolkata is located in the outskirts of the city, you have to struggle with foods specially if you are a non-vegetarian. The campus has two canteens which strictly serve vegetarian foods.
Placement Experience:
Typically students in their final year, i.e., 5th and 7th semester sit for campusing. Renowned companies like TATA, AUDI, CADBURY, etc, recruit their employees from here. I remember a student from CSE secured a package of 36LPA. I didn't sit for campusing because I wanted to go for higher education.

- The best learning environment. The teachers were very helpful and helped whenever I had any doubt regarding any subject.
- The ambience of the entire was very postive.
Dislikes
- The fees were bit overprized. Also the food in the canteen were shabby sometimes
- Minimum 80% attendance required in each and every subject
- the teachers were strict about attendance

Amity University is a premiere institute of Kolkata established in 2015 offering undergraduate and postgraduate programs in various courses. The university can be reviewed on the following parameters:

FEES & SCHOLARSHIPS
The university provides an ample amount of scholarships at undergraduate and postgraduate level with different flexibilities. Merit scholarships are provided with 100% to 25% margin. Up till now 25000 scholarships have been granted to students. The fee structure is affordable as compared to other Amity colleges situated in India. For B.Tech, the fee is Rs. 7 lakh and Rs. 1.5 lakh for M.Sc.

PLACEMENTS
University’s Average package is Rs. 4 lakhs while Highest Package is Rs. 28 lakhs. The major recruiters are Amazon, BYJU’s, Federal Bank, Deloitte, and KPMG.
