Campus life and Infrastructure is really great as there is not much to worry about there
Its great that all the organising committees and societies are student lead as it helps in over all developments and students get to enjoy to the fullest without much interventions
The concept of practical teaching and experiential learning is really good as you get to comprehend the concepts practically
Dislikes
Placement were not up to the mark and they could have been much better
They follow a relative marking system which is good for toppers and the once who are at the bottom so some times its unfair for the average students.
The quality of students is some what tarnished after covid as they are trying to fill up more seats and they are compromising with the quality of students
Placement Experience:
Honestly placements are not as good there are arround 15-20 companies which comes on the campus and do mass recruiting.
Genpact is the biggest recruiter apparently.
But alot of students end up working for the companies they did their internships with and all in all the college makes you employeble enogh that you can land a good job even out side the campus placement.
Crowd was good, no chapri people. College life was good
Dislikes
Too much drugs around campus. People are always high
Course Curriculum Overview:
Course curriculum was thorough covering all aspects of business. Only a few faculties were excellent, rest were average. Opportunities are enough if you're interested in growing your profile. Enough guidance is provided by faculties.
The campus is too small so sports opportunity are less
There is no boys hostel making it uncomfortable
Timings and days are too strict, could have been a little lenient
Placement Experience:
Campus placements of SLS NOIDA are average providing above 90% placements with an average package of 10,00,00 per annum. Since the college was established 13 years ago it will take time for placements to improve.
Infrastructure of the classes (AC available in all the classes)
Mess food was decent and fairly priced. The menu was good too.
Placement Experience:
The placements of the college are really terrible only 6-7 students got placed from the batch of around 350. The companies coming on campus were mostly looking for salespeople so people from other specializations were left hanging. The highest package given was 6LPA and average would be around 4-3LPA. I definitely plan on doing a master's after BBA.
Academics, how the teachers are dedicated to make us underatand everything
Fests and cultural evenings are also occur from time to time
Dislikes
Campus space is disappointing, it is a small campus
Timings change regularly which is a pain
Course Curriculum Overview:
I am studying BBA LLB the faculty is good and the exams are also okay timed the weightage of internals and externals is 60:40 and it is a good experience so far. the teachers are helpful and provide study material
Cultural fests and faculty interaction, efforts put in
Good discipline, regular and efficient infra
Seminars held for overall development other than academics
Dislikes
Mandatory attendance is 75% for every sem
Late entry is not allowed as gates are guarded by guards
Regular submissions leave little time for extra curricular
Placement Experience:
Campus placements from 3-4 years are granted
many reputed organisations come for hiring offering a good package
Khaitan &Co, Amarchand Mangal das etc
80% of students placed
the judiciary is a viable or corporate law
Law has always intrigued me. Added to that, I have a knack for business too. So choosing the course was not really difficult. The college curriculum is very well spread over the 10 semesters and the balance between the law subjects and the business subjects is balanced. there are all, 5 divisions in which the students are divided and each class has about 40-45 students so the interpersonal interaction between the faculty and students is regular. The faculty is really helpful and well-versed in the subjects they are teaching. Their methods of evaluation and education help develop the understanding of the law and business side-by-side. Examinations or evaluations happen on a regular basis in form of quizzes and tutorials and end-term examinations. The examinations covered all the important portions of the curriculum and really tested their understanding of the law of the students by giving us case studies and open-ended questions.
I was interested in commerce and finance for a long time. The faculty is nice and helpful. Exams are there every semester and there are a lot of projects and research papers given. There are only two courses available in the college BBA and law.
my plans after this degree are to go abroad for MBA. the college does provide us with campus placements. A lot of good companies do visit our campus and recruit a number of students. The avg package a student gets is around 2.5 lac per annum.
The palcement of our college is good if you work hard. The college explore well and also get us placement in top firms be it AZB and partners or Amarchand and Mangaldas. Also the litigation background of our collage is very good.
