Course Curriculum Overview

BBA I choose because I wanted to study management. I specialised in Business Analytics, There are other specializations too like Finance, Marketing, HR and International Business. Most of the teachers are well-read in their fields and well-qualified, Exams were fairly easy to crack. The student ratio will be 60:40 approx.

Internships Opportunities

The companies coming for internships were sub-par. They did not add anything to your skills just wanted you to sell one product/subscription and they would give you the certificate. Nothing new to learn. To get good internships one had to find on their own.

Placement Experience

The placements of the college are really terrible only 6-7 students got placed from the batch of around 350. The companies coming on campus were mostly looking for salespeople so people from other specializations were left hanging. The highest package given was 6LPA and average would be around 4-3LPA. I definitely plan on doing a master's after BBA.

Fees and Financial Aid

It is a very expensive college even for a private college, The fees did seem worth it at all. There was no fee assistance that I was eligible for. There was no on-campus job opportunity. Only way you could get paid was through summer internships but the companies comming on campus were sub-par, only a few of them had stipends and that too on meeting the sales targets.

Campus Life

The library is okay, Most course books can be found. Campus life was a nightmare. IOt is a very small campus consisting of just one building and a girl's hostel so there are absolutely no sports facilities. There is however a gym present on the campus. There are several academic and non-academic clubs run by the students. Most of the events are organised by students alone.

Admission

Student Had to give the snap exam to get admission to the course, After the exam there was a PI round and the final decision was made, No cut-off was specified for the exam, a score of the exam and the PI was considered as a whole for the final admission. Historical rich university

Course Curriculum Overview:

Some subject fells outdated and not upto the industry level. No extra guidence has been provided for intervie we have to do it ourself. Although few faculty gave number of hr and few of us godd placement.

Placement Experience:

Our college provide the placement. They provide intership form the first year of the course and after the second year they provide us palacement in the company like indiamart and zaro education at the average package of 4 lakh per annum they are very low competition so the get the placement easily.

Symbiosis Noida- Would’ve been good if not heavily over-priced

The placements are next to non existent. Even the scholars of my batch were finding it hard to get placed through college placements. The college did initiate a lot of companies being invited to the college and conduct interviews. But, neither the payscale nor the companies were very lucrative

Here in aimt we get internship approvals after the 3 rd sem and we can get into placements either from college or our own after the 4 th sem but I would recommend you to take placement from our side as much companies don't come here and mostly who do offer very mean packages illike avg going 3.5 to 4 lpa for bba but if you go outside you would surely get above 5 lpa

Yeah I talk about the placement placements are held various types like it really depends upon upon the student that increase semester they cann take intership but college have their own criteria the student of 2nd year that is from 3rd semester is ready can do their internship in various criteria and from 3rd year front can take the placements many companies come like HCL Google Wipro HDFC ICICI Bank and so on last year Genpact also came and his friends are hired from our college what the percentage of student getting replacements it depends upon the student that how long they can take the placements because placements have done with our colleges but semester and used to take the placement from their own site. If I talk about my plan after getting a degree I am doing a job and so on I can take the admissions MBA next year

Placement Experience:

Placement offers which my college provides is very good and helpful for us and have good package also but if I don't able to achieve that then I will take instant action and give interview on other places . Like in Axis Bank, HDFC Bank or Different large Store like Tanishk, Kalyan etc. Or other finance companies. Average package is around 4,00,000 lakhs and many known companies visit us like Tata, wipro etc. My plan after getting the degree is to get settled in any Bank or any industry etc.

I had applied to NMIMS (Narsee Monjee, Bengaluru campus) only reason i chose not to join NMIMS was due to creating more options, quality and fees wise both these colleges are the same. I got selected but decided to join Symbiosis Noida, simply due to convenience of less travel and the college being closer to my home. The exam required to qualify for this course is SET exam. The cutoff is nothing which is not achievable, its probably 65-70% if i remember correctly. Its not the most difficult college to get into....Read More

Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies-Review

Symbiosis is one of the best colleges in Delhi NCR for a management course. The admission process for getting admission into symbiosis is: 1) You have to appear for an entrance exam conducted by the college itself. Exam was of moderate level. 2) After getting required number of marks you will be short listed. There were total of 3 lists. 3) If you are short listed, the college is going to take your basic interview. (Interview was not more than 4-5 minutes). 4) If you clear the interview then you are happily accepted as a part of the college. I went through all these steps to be the student of this university and luckily I'm one of them today. I'm from general category so did not avail any quota. I applied in IP university as well but I was unable to appear for IP entrance exams because exams were conducted offline and my center was way too far from my home.
