As an Sc student at IIT Bhilai, I benefit from an academic fee waiver and only need to cover hostel and dini g charges which is around 30k to 50k per semester. Numerous scholarships are available based on income and merit which can cover those additional charges

Let me tell you a little bit

The cost of study is quite high here. I really hate to say that we aren't given washing machines yet...for which we were asking for so long????. We need to pay nearly 1.5 lakhs every semester. We do have scholarships based on certain criteria and they will be provided for only those who are eligible.

Overall, the college is good.

As we all know, the pricing structure of the entire iit system is quite reasonable. There are also many cost waivers available for students from various groups and classes. Also, IIT Bhilai collaborates with SBI bank, so students who need a loan can easily get one, and the institution pays some of the interest on the loan, so it is a pretty nice facility. They are so many scholarships at IIT Bhilai to help students. Our Institute offers scholarships such as merit cum mean scholarship, merit scholarship, rank holder scholarship, and so on. The first student admitted to this IIT also receives a monetary reward of 50,000/-.

The total fee is 150000 for OC students and there will be fee reimbursement for students depending on their parent's income. And there are many scholarships in this college, a Merit scholarship and so many other scholarships.

Satisfied with college facilities

If parents income is less than 1 lakh college give 100% fee waiver if income is btw 1-5 fee waiver is 66%.if above we have to pay. Many banks come to college to give loans as it is a IIT.we can take loan.
