The Indian Institute of technology, Palakkad (IIT Palakkad) is a public autonomous engineering institution located in Palakkad, Kerala. It is one of the 23 IITs established in India. It was founded in 2015 after the plans were laid out in the 2014 Union budget of India. It has participated in the NIRF rankings for two years. It was ranked #68 for engineering and had an overall score of 44.92 for the year 2022 and is ranked #69 for engineering with an overall score of 47.86 for the year 2023.

There sonmany internship compines which can afford us .there are somany projects in our curriculum which we can do part of study or we can do outside college projects which help is working atmosphere we can get internship from our side campus also

Campus Life,games like cricket and athletics etc
Transportation is there between the campuses

Not having specific ground for specific game
Too much work pressure.giving assignments were uncountable in a week especially for CSE

Companies like Microsoft, Amazon etc will provide internship opportunities to my college.we can done projects in my college or we can do off campus for to gain experience.we had made robot vaccum cleaner which will clean including corners of room.we tried to sell that in market.

Many fests will be conducted frequently which are conducted by students where you can have lot of fun
sports activities are getting improved and gc will be conducted every semester

quality of food and taste of food is not good sometimes
eventhough it is kerala , the climate sometimes will be very hot too difficult to handle

I didn't remember companies name but . They are providing a good internship opportunities to every student. At last it's us to work for getting internships There are different projects provided in curriculum we can do them or we can do any off campus also according to our interest

Nature and environment around the campus

Mess food is not spicy. Bad cooking style
Students may copy in the exams. GPA is relative

AWS, Accenture, TCS, Microsoft are the major companies that have visited our campus. Around 50 internships have been recorded last year. To get an internship you have to stand in the competition. Most of the offers are from IT sector

There are many places to visit in Kerala , in spiritual way and also enjoymental way.
The curriculum of our course is aligned very perfect so that we can study very clearly.

Food in mess is not nice and I doesn't get any taste.
The infrastructure of college i.e, there are many constructions going on and also restrictions.

Students can get internship offers starting from 3rd year but the chances of getting is very low that is very few students can get the chance to do the internship. Top companies may not come for placements but some companies like Microsoft..etc may take the students.

The nature of campus is very nice and good
The food in our campus is very nice and comfortable

The campus is not built completely and totally
There is somewhat high temperature in our campus

Google and Amazon and etc . So many companies visited. Roles offered are managers and others. The internships at provided in our campus and are very good. The projects are provided in our campus Outcomes are good

All facilities are available in our campus
Food is also very very nice in our campus

The temperature in our campus is somewhat high.
The mid and sem exams are somewhat tough.

Placement Experience:

Placements are very very nice in our campus . 95 percent of students are placed last year . Maximum all students get good placement and internships.so many companies visited like Google Amazon etc.my plans after getting degree to go abroad

Life at IIT Palakkad

Diversity of people is huge and you can have many like-minded people.

Probably you have to walk quite a bit to get to your dept.

Student Snaps:

Adobe, Amazon, Microsoft, Sprintr, Arista, AMD, Intel, and many others. They will give you normal roles so you will be fit for any industry that is there. Also, you can opt for summer student exchange as if you want to study further.

Many companies are visiting for internships and they offer really great amount like Arista offer 75k /month this time for 3 months. I am in my 2nd year so I only did bubble sort visualisation project till now.
