I paid Rs. 2,86,000 for the first year, which includes tuition, examination fee, hostel, mess, electricity, and some refundable deposits. First-generation graduates from Tamil Nadu get a concession of about 1 lakh. The fee will also vary for Tamil Nadu students who belong to the SC and ST categories. Further, students who are admitted under the Tamil Nadu Government school quota, their complete fee is borne by the state government. there has been a gradual increase in the fees over the year.

My college life

I pay nearly 2 lakhs fees for the course I am enrolled in. This fees is inclusive of tuition fees and hostel fees wherein the tuition fees is near about 90k and the hostel fees is about 1 lakh. The fees provided is yearly and not on montly and semester basis. The students of different category enjoy different benefits such as student of SC/ST have to pay comparatively less fees than other students amonting to be nearly about 1.3 lakhs including both tuition and hostel.

College review about Tamil Nadu National Law University at TRICHY.

The year wise fees for 2 semmesters would be 2,23,000 per annum. In which the tution fee would cover 1,00,000. Student welfare fund takes around 1,000 RS, examination fee would be RS. 2000 and Library fee would be Rs. 5,000. Apart from this the room rent would be RS. 12,000 per annum, Mess chaarges RS.30,000 Per annum and Internet would be 5,000 per annum. For the students who studied in Tamil Nadu State Board would have fee concession of about 1,17,000 for TN SC/ST students. 1,23,000 for TN first gen graduate students. For students admited under TN Government school Quota will be NIL as the fee will be borne by the Government of Tamil Nadu.

Considering TNNLU?

The total fee for the 5-year course is 9,95,000. For the first year, the fee is 2,23,000 including all the one-time payments. After that, the fee is 1,93,000 per year inclusive of the hostel fee and service charges. Currently, there is no hike policy for the tuition fee and it has been the same since I joined in 2021. As for the scholarships along with the mandatory scholarships such as first-generation graduate and government scholarships, there is a TNNLU financial assistance scheme which is provided from the end of the administration. There is a call for applications at the beginning of the academic year which will be communicated to the students via email.

TNLLU is terrific

Students seeking to get admission in B.A.LL.B(Hons) and BCom. L.L.B(Hons) have to pay Rs 2.23 lakhs during the time of admission. However, students belonging student to SC and ST community get some amount of concessions. The annual feel after admission is 1.92 lakhs.

Upcoming law school

Yes the college provided for scholarship opportunities. Educational loans were to be availed separately by the individuals. The criteria was that income should be less than 3 lacs per year.

There is financial aid given to those students whose family income is below a certain level. However, the students needs to maintain good scores in order to keep their scholarship, once approved by the committee, the form for which is available on the website.
