TNNLU BALLB {Hons.} : Fees 2026, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

Tamil Nadu National Law University (TNNLU) in Tamil Nadu is the only national-level law college in the region, offering B.A.LL.B(Hons) and BCom. L.L.B(Hons) programs. Admission requires passing the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) with a good All India Rank (AIR), starting in June. The faculty comprises highly qualified members with master's degrees or PhDs, ensuring quality education through engaging teaching methods in small class sizes. The course fee is approximately INR 200,000 per year, totaling around INR 1,000,000 for five years, with transparent payment options.

Financial aid is available for students with a family income below INR 3 lakhs, and scholarships are provided, including first-generation graduate and government scholarships. The college mandates internships every semester, supported by an active Internship and Placement Cell. Around 30% of students secure placements annually, with firms like Trilegal and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas among recruiters. The average placement package is 4.2 LPA, peaking at 5 LPA. While TNNLU's placement performance is still developing, alumni have found roles as professors, judicial clerks, advocates, and legal officers, with some pursuing further education.

The Tamil Nadu Government covers fees for students under the government school quota, and there has been no increase in tuition fees since 2021.
