A college student life.

Likes

We have a projector in all classes and camera
It provide us with library and studio too
It has clean washroom and a good classroom

Dislikes

We don't own a campus but only buildings
We have very less programs even if we have programs because of our building being a different location we don't have that social interaction between each others

I would read the course curriculum terms of relevance into the world as I got a sit for competitive exams. Our exam timing and a sessional goes very smoothly in we have total of 5 units where it is very easy to do it and A final terms goes with hundred marks which also is very good

When in doubt opt for SRM University

Likes

The most liked part of college is that it's not a mentally tortured environment, the teachers are very helpful and supportive, the classes are run calmly and patiently amd SRM provides the best enviornment mentally and physically
And the next thing and very important thing is that SRM is a ragging free campus
Also the campus is small yet well maintained and very hygienic

Dislikes

One thing I dislike about SRM is it doesn't have much programs
Also there is no auditorium as such to have good programs
And the facilities for canteen are also less

Placement Experience:

Our placement happens usually at the end of 5th semester. Where we. get good packages and before that we also.have professional soft skills training tonhow to attend for an interview which makes us more confident before opting for one

What I like about my college is the faculties, they are really helpful and friendly.
Even though we don't have a proper campus, but the things needed for a good university are all available in our college such as good infrastructure like labs, studio, library, mess and etc.
Our curriculum are set accordingly which are needed for a management students to develop themselves in both personal and professional aspects.

Dislikes

The only thing I dislike about my college is not having a proper campus.
Other than that.. all the things are really good.
That's why we've gotten A+ as an naac credit.

Placement Experience:

After reaching 6th semester the students get eligible for placement. The students are trained too for the placement process.. The companies visited in our clg are Bajaj finance,HDFC Bank, Moengage,KPMG, UNIQLO etc. The highest package offered till now to my knowledge is provided by Moengage.. The package was 9.25LPA. Regarding the % of students getting placed i think it's 50 % the opportunity is provided to all but to get placed its totally upto the students. My plans after completion of my degree is to get placed in a good company as a manager. Work for 1-2 years and join iim for MBA .

SRM review

Likes

The thing which I like about the college is all Saturday we get a holiday
The teachers are nice and teach us well.
There are many programs like athlon for sports meraki for culture fest.

Dislikes

The thing which I don’t like is we don’t have a proper campus
There are no night programs like kalraav which is held my Manipal every year
There’s no parking space for students in the college.

Placement Experience:

From the last sem student becomes eligible for the campus placement program The companies which have visited which I know for hospitality were Taj ,oberoi Most of the students get selected in placement but they don't go My plan is to work after getting my degree

Review of SRM UNIVERSITY SIKKIM

Likes

I like that our college that is SRM UNIVERSITY SIKKIM has loving and awesome teachers. They are all very supportive and are great teachers.

Dislikes

The one thing I don't like about our college is that our college that is SRM University Sikkim doesn't have a campus
The another thing i don't like is that our college doesn't have an auditorium where we can have programs.

Placement Experience:

About the campus placement they give us placement but not of huge packages. The salary package comes out around 2.50 LPA till 3.50 LPA. Just the chosen few get big packages. The highest package offered was around 10LPA. Most of the students here don't opt for placement as in Sikkim people believe that government jobs are better and choose to do government jobs instead of opting for placement from colleges.

Likes

Placements- placements of this university is excellent.
Space- Srm is having a large sqare ft. area.

Dislikes

Teachings- The teaching is not as good as we think before coming to the college.
Mess Food- Quality of the mess food is worse.

Placement Experience:

The placements of this college is well good than other colleges. The average package of SRM University is 10-12 LPA and the highest package is 1.1 Cr LPA. 100% placements are there. After B.Tech you can even do M.tech in SRM UNIVERSITY.

The placement where college is located and the rechability
The management faculty is very helpful and supportive
The teacher are well experienced and knowledgeable

Dislikes

The staff of collage is rude and very poor behaviour
The exam level scholarship taking is very hard
The collage is not providing canteen faculty

Likes

Teaching faculties are helpful in every field whether it to be in studies or othe extra curriculum
Srm Sikkim provide best facilities for both the students and faculties
Srm Sikkim takes up suggestions from students to improve their growth.

Dislikes

Some non teaching faculties can be rude sometimes to students
Srm Sikkim doesn't have a compound and no proper auditorium to conduct programs
Teachers sometimes speak in nepali that makes it hard for the students from outside sikkim to understand

From 3rd semester we become eligible for campus placement. Hdfc bank, Ramada hotel, Torrent, Sun pharma, lenskart are the few companies. The highest package was 100000 and the average package is 250000. Any students can get placement if they are smart enough but the minimum is 5 cgpa. After getting the degree , I'll go for interviews.

Dil khol ke likha huwa review

The teachers are very helpful. They care about students, also outwide the academic field
I was impressed by the style of teaching
The campus has wifi which dosent let us worry about internet

Dislikes

The campus is really small, they could have worked on the campus
The accounts section makes a lot of mistakes frequently
The rest rooms could have been better. Its not maintained well, its always dirty.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The aspect of the curriculum that influenced my decision to choose this course was the placements. I dont really think that the curriculum prepares me for real-world applications or further academic pursuits. The exams could be set to 2 times a sem. The difficulty level is perfect, as the teaching is good.
