I was part of the 2017–2022 batch at Quadra Institute of Ayurveda, Roorkee, which comes under Uttarakhand Ayurved University, Dehradun. My overall experience at the college was quite good, especially in terms of building a strong foundation in Ayurveda. What I appreciated most was that the college doesn’t limit you to just Ayurvedic knowledge—it also includes basic training in modern medicine, which is really important in today’s healthcare landscape. The total course fee when I joined was ?2,50,000, though I’ve heard it has now increased to around ?3,25,000. The course includes a 1-year mandatory internship, divided into two parts: 6 months at the college and 6 months at a hospital, CHC, or PHC near your hometown. The external internship especially focuses on practical exposure to modern medicine—clinical rounds, patient handling, and understanding diagnostic procedures—which really helps bridge the gap between traditional and contemporary healthcare systems. While there’s still scope for improvement in infrastructure and research, the faculty is approachable, and the college gives you enough space to grow—if you’re willing to put in the effort. All in all, a decent place for someone genuinely interested in both Ayurveda and integrated medicine.

Following is the detailed fee structure of the "Uttaranchal Ayurvedic College" for BAMS Course. Admission Charges - Rs.25,000/- (One time) Tution fees and other charges - Rs.3,00,000/- (per year) College Uniform (Compulsory)- Rs. 8,500/- (one time) Books (Compulsory)- Rs.12,500/-(one time) Hostel charges which includes boarding, lodging and accomodation. Hostel charges for girls (sharing 2 girls)- Rs.1,20,000/- (per year) Hostel charges for boys (sharing 2 boys) - Rs.1,20,000/-(per year) The above fee structure is of the session 2024-25. The above mentioned fee structure is same for all the categories and students can also apply for the Bonafide letter from the college. The overall amount can reach upto Rs.25,00,000 for the BAMS course of 5.5 years.

In first year, fees was 60000 per year, then it got reduced to 48,000 per year. Tuition fees is 48,000 per year, caution money is 10k (one time only and refundable), Admission fees of 5,000rs(one time), development fees of 700rs each year and hostel fees of 18000 per year initially and it got reduced to 15000 per year

Fee structure was 1.5 yr professional 1st prof fee was 1lakh total (Included 10 k one time registeration fee which is refundable after completion of course Tution fee 48k per year for 1.5 prof 72k 7k examination fee 2k development fee 700 library fee 500 sport fee 100 lab fee) 2nd prof fee was 84k (72k for tution fee 10k for examination fee 700 library fee 300 sport fee) 3 prof fee was 85 k So total fee is around 269000 No other any charge final total fee is 269 included all the charges Fee is same for all the categories students not change any thing Hostel fee is per yearly which is around 15000 per year and there is no canteen available but tiffin service is available Scholarship was available for state students which changes according to the govt like the previous year 20k scholarship was available but pervious to pervious year 52k scholarship was given. The registration form is submitted to nsp scholarship portal for scholarship no state govt has to do with this. I have Paid 240000 yearly for 3 years and last year fees is 360000. Admission Fees is 10000. Batchmates from OBC SC ST get scholarships Around 50000-80000 No Special Extra Fess just Examination Fees Every Year Which is 15000 in 1st year 7500 in 2nd year 7500 in 3rd year 7500 in 4th year

Uttrakhand ayurvedic university was established the government of uttrakhand for purpose of ensures, encourage , systemic instriction, traning, teaching, research and development in ayurveda. Course-BAMS, BHMS, BUMS for graduation 2-MD/MS(ayu) -post graduation. My first proff fees is 100000 I don't have any category quota that's why not getting any scholarship My batchmates who have SC/ST quota aur getting scholarship of 70000 Some of them are bpl quota also getting nice scholarship Merit needed for addmission in my college (gurukul) All india quota for general is 580+ marks in NEET for OBC 570+ for SC 460+ marks For state quota General 460+ OBC 450+ (This data is according to NEET 2023) I got addmission in this college in NEET 2023 (Marks- 574)

The First Year Fees That I Paid Was 81700 As It Included Admission Fees As Well As Security Fees.Then In Second Year And Third Year I Paid 59000 Each.As Final Year Is Of 1.5Yrs I Paid 81200.It Is Same For All The Categories Whether You Are General Sc St Or OBC.
