What is the total cost of studying a two year PG course at NICMAR Pune?

I have a few friends who graduated from NICMAR Pune. Here is a brief breakdown of the cost of studying at NIMAR based on the information I got from my friends.
- Tuition Fee: For 2 years of PG course the tuition fee will be around 10.59 lakhs.
- Hostel Fee: Hostel accommodation will cost around 10,000. You will have to stay in the hostel for 18 months so the total cost for hostel accommodation will be around 1.80 lakhs.
- Other Expenses: You will need around 5,000 per month for your other expenses. This will sum up to 1.05 lakhs over 2 years.
- Travel Expenses: If you are not from Maharashtra, you will go home and back 4-5 times a year. It will cost around 1 lakh over two years.
This should give you an estimate of the costs.

Yes, there are a couple of ways you can try to pay your fees and complete your education. Your interest in the course is the only thing necessary. Not everyone on the NICMAR campus is rich or economically stable. To aid a student in terms of fees, there are scholarships available at NICMAR.
If you score the highest marks in the NICMAR trimester, then you will be offered a 100% scholarship for that particular trimester.
Apart from this, there is an option to avail of an education loan. The banks which provide the education loans are available at the time of admission in the campus itself.
The loans are to be paid after you get a job and these policies differ according to the bank for which you need to enquire with the respective banks. So, you can choose which suits you best and take it.
