Fees and Financial Aid:

Right now at our campus the fee which we pay sem wise is close to 3-3.5 lakh, tution is around 2.8lakh and other all fees included the total reaches 3+ lakh , there no management or reservation quote , selection is purely merit based.The fees doesnt change branch wise but there is a provision for scholarship to merit students basically thr top 1,2% giving them 100% and 80% scholarship respectively.If your family is not financially very well i.e. annual income less than 15lpa then you can apply for merit cum need scholarship which again has 100%,50%,25%,10% according to your performance.

The year-wise fees I have to pay per year are approximately 6Lakhs and come up to 24Lakhs for a single degree and 30Lakhs for a dual degree. per semester it is about 2.25L for tution, 10K for hostel, 20k for mess and others are misc. The scollership is only for the highest scorrers on campus who get upto 75% scollership.and for Board toppers.

BITS Hyderabad fees is slightly high as its a private institute and so tuition fees is 6.35 lakhs. 18% is mandatory and then the other stuffs and all combined annual fees becomes close to 7.5 lakhs. Being a privTe owned institute, fees definitely varies for caste quota and all but still it is 5 lakhs for them too. Inspire is the best scholarship offered here as it is based on merit and therefor everyone who is in merit stands eligible for that.

Tution fee will be Rs. 500000 per year with a minimum increase of about 5 percent per year. You will need to pay a one time admission fee of about Rs. 55000 during admission. In 2016, yearly fees used to come out to be 3.5lac but not it's somewhere around 6lac. There are few scholarships (MCN, SAF) as well that we can take benifits according to the eligibility and amount will depend on the CGPA and the financial status of the family.

The corse fee is 259000 rupees per semester so would round upto 518000 per year. But I got 10% scholarship through Merit cum Need scholarship in my first semester. There are a lot of scholarships provided by BITS, merit scholarship upto 100% off fees for students with the top CGPA, and merit cum need scholarship upto 80% off fees. There's no special reservation for any categories or gender I'm BITS.
