Eligibility Criteria
The candidate should have passed 10+2 in relevant stream from recognized board
Course Details
BITS, Hyderabad offers B.E in different specializations as Integrated First Degree Courses. The minimum eligibility is 10+2 with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry as mandatory subjects along with proficiency in English.
Students seeking admission to B.E programs must have obtained at least 75% marks in aggregate in PCM in 10+2 with 60% marks in each of the subjects.
Shortlisted candidates have to appear in BITSAT conducted by BITS Pilani. Final admission is granted on the basis of merit in 10+2 and score in BITSAT followed by counseling at BITS Pilani.

Key Points
- Those who have passed 10+2 earlier than the current year are not eligible to apply. Candidates appearing in 10+2 examination are eligible to apply.
- BITS has decided to offer direct admission to the first rank holders of the State and Central boards.
- The candidates with a valid score in BITSAT can also apply for admission to BITS Dubai campus.
BITSAT Test Format:
BITSAT is a Computer-Based-Test for the duration of three hours with four sections. Each correct answer will give you three marks while a wrong answer will result in the penalty of one mark. It consists of a total of 4 sections as discussed below:

The turion fee for a semester is 2,45,000 with a 5% increase every year. Summer term is for 81,000. Admission fee is 50,900. Hostel fee is 22,900 and mess and electrtricity advance is 10,000. Students can avail Merit cum need scholarship which gives upto 90% off on tution fee for too 1% students.

- The campus has very bright minds. Because there’s no reservation, everyone here has come based purely off their academic merits.
- The campus is beautiful and equipped with all necessary shops and places.

- The fees is a little over the board and keeps increasing every year.
- A few clubs seem pointless, while most tech clubs are amazing.

I will pay around 285000, fees per year, this includes Hostel and tuition fees. Along with this, twice in our course, we have to go for practise schools(PS), which are industrial internships that you have to pay 850000 for. The first PS-1, is unpaid for you, in the second one, you get paid. Usually the pay will range from 80000, to anywhere upto 300000. There's no management category or reservation so no different in fees. Along with that, you get Scholarships if you are in the top 1% (100% tuition fees) and top 3% (40% tuition fees.)

Yes, SBH provided loan facilities to the needy candidates which covered the whole fee on a nominal rate of interest. It has to be paid after one year of passing out of the college. Also, those candidates whose family income was less than 2.5 lakhs were given scholarship of around 30000-40000.

Three types of scholarship are being provided by the college.Merit scholarship- It goes to top 1 % of the students per batch (Varying from 40% to 80% discount in tuition fees). Merit cum need scholarship- It goes to all students whose CGPA is above 6 and their family income is less than a value decide by the college.It ranges from (25% to 80% of tuition fees.
