Why KJC is worth every penny.....

Likes

The method of study is really good and many activities
Clubs and departments organise various programs

Placement Experience:

You can apply for placement cell from the 3rd year or the final year of study. More than 50+ companies offer packages ranging from 2LPA. The rate of students getting placed are really high. Jp Morgan is one such company with high recruits from this college

All about kristu jayanti college of law

Likes

The classroms have a great environment and it is very comfortable for the students to adapt to new environment
The college has great auditoriums and also library with all good facilities
There are numerous guest lectures held where different people from different field come to share theur knowledgeable

Dislikes

There are some times to many restrictions to the students
Less cultural programs held by the college

Course Curriculum Overview:

The main reason why students opt for the b.com.,llb course is that they have a opportunity to enter the corporate and as well as the litigation field. There are various moot court competition hepd where participants can enhance their litigation skills. There are even ADR events held where the mediation procces happen. The exams are here held on the circular issued by the KSLU i.e the Karnataka state law University as our is affiliated with KSLU

My beautiful college

Likes

When compared to girls, boys are less in our class, i don't know about the college wise, I guess it's the same. There's a lot to see inside the campus. It is a vast campus. Name it and you'll find it kinda campus. We have everything that we need.
People here are really social, teachers are all PhD holders and have a lot of knowledge inside them that they want to spread, we have mentoring sessions every semester where we can express what we like and where we are lagging back. They are help lot
We have many many libraries, it's not just one, but many. And they contain different types of book, one topic will have many books. We have books, articles, papers etc. Some department have their own libraries.

Dislikes

Close and open yours eyes and one semester is done
Teachers sometimes don't help us with the records
They make us run back of them for signing the records

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are many aspects of the curriculum that has influenced me particularly because I used to like small living things that's intrigued me. They usually have ppt- presentation type of teaching but some teachers use the black board.

Kristu jayanti: pros and cons

Likes

The college is a green campus and there are separate dustbins for everything.
The diversity of the college is excellent. There all kinds of people from several parts of the world.
There are several clubs that we can participate in at the ug level

Dislikes

The strict dress code is unreasonable. Girls are required to wear not only just kurta but shawl as well.
There are no much fests in the college. Major festivals are not celebrated.
The academics is really hectic to keep up.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The syllabus is upto the par according to the future prospects. The syllabus changes every year according to the change in interview questions and applications in real life. There are midterms and end semester exams that are evaluated strictly.

Kristu jayanti college is best in academics

Likes

The campus is green with full of trees ,full of freshment
There are lot of space of hangout with friends
We have a big 4 canteen which provides all varieties of food

Dislikes

Dress code is very strict for boys as well as girls.Girls needs to wear churidar with dupatta, dupatta is compulsory.and for boys formal pants and shirt with tie is compulsory.Morning each floor the teachers will be standing to check the dress code
Syllabus and fast moving class is very hectic, each day they wil ask to perform seminar, when exam is near they wil ask to perform seminar which is time waste .
There is no much festivals here.for me it's been 5 months till then we only had ethnic day .

Placement Experience:

Last semester students are eligible for placement. Companies they offer biocon, Accenture, federal Bank,etc . Company offer upto 220000 per annum They make sure that almost half of the students get placement

It is a green campus. There are separate dustbins for everything.
There are several canteens that cater to the diverse student population.
The no of boys are more in the engineering and mass communication department than life sciences.

Dislikes

The strict dress code is unreasonable. Only once a week you can wear uniform.
There arent much fests and the college is too focused on academics.
The college is situated in a remote area and there is not much social life.

Placement Experience:

Placements start from the last year along with the project. There are several companies that arrive for the drive such as biocon, accenture, federal Bank etc. The package can go upto 22 lakhs per annum according to the skill of students. An average of 15 percent student get placed. I plan to work in food microbiology field and hopefully get placed during the placement drive.

Green campus with beautifully atmosphere
Informs us about workshops and seminars and conduct then daily

Dislikes

Outside of the xmap7s the roads are poorly developed
Too much dust coming from the street outside the campus

Placement Experience:

The placement oppurtunity is well given and informed even for a comparitively lower field luke mucrobiology, and the placmwnts are given in a higer rate compared to that of many other colleges that provied the same course for even higher fees

The first thing that which impressed me as soon as I entered the college for admission was, the cleanliness-plastic free campus and greens filled environment
There are a lots of canteen’s inside the college and outside the campus as well.
Not just canteen they even have vending machines on each block for easy convenience of students

Dislikes

The restrooms has to be maintained by the housekeepers
The road to the campus is too narrow, takes 30-40 minutes in the mornings just to reach the college from the main road
Wish they allowed our friends from outside to look around and visit the college

Course Curriculum Overview:

Journalism itself is an interesting curriculum that influenced me. It prepares me in a quiet well manner, helps gain much knowledge The course must be more practical oriented, much interactive and fun filled. Exams are usually for 2 hours

BALANCED COLLEGE

Likes

I like the green and clean environment of the college for which they have been awarded multiple times.
Also they provide many facility for various courses such as science and computer labs for different branches, smart classes and libraries etc.
The decorum of the college is well maintained teachers are good. College also provide Wifi campus.

Dislikes

Some teachers have unclear language so its difficult to understand sometime.
Sports arena still needs some improvement.
Lots of thing you will came to know when you became a part of any college

Placement Experience:

* Placement is upto you if you prepare well you will get placements and if you are studying for just pass then you cant have placements may be. * Yeah a lots of company came to the collgeg and hired some of the talented student from the college. *Highest Package for bca is around 5.5 LPA * Average Package is 3.3 LPA

Class rooms are big proper ventilated and with projector and smart board
Teacher's are good and they mainly does this presentation classes
The crowd and environment is good in kjc

Dislikes

There are only 2 toilets in a floor for boys and same for girls they really need to be maintained
Since this is autonomous college they have their own syllabus and study material onky available in ur kjc lms
And location its far from central bangalore and college doesnt not provide any bus facility

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester students are eligible for campus placement Icici bank, jp morgan, fedral bank, southindian bank, and many other companies Highest package must be close to around 12Lakh for ug student 95% of students will get placed My plan is to go for higher studies that is post graduation
