Best faculty and best teachers in my point of view.
You get good marks then you are eligible for swami vivekananda merit cum scholarship.
The most beautiful thing of our university is its campus site. its a beautiful site which automatically converts any students mind

Dislikes

Delayed exam is something normal in this university which is a problematic things. Cause it can delayed the course completion.
Classrooms are little bit dirty. Staffs are not well mannered.
The publication of the results which is also a uncertain things.

I like my college's classrooms, ground and teachers too

Dislikes

The guys who set down all the time infront of 'Sansad', they act like they are the boss of college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

We got multiple subject to choose and they never disappoint us. Application to apply for courses is really easy. There websites are very easy to filling up the forms. The only thing which was disappointed me is Course fees.

Burdwan Raj College Campus Review

I like the environment and the campus of the college soo much. Our college has a big campus and also a big playground to play. Beside of classes we can play at this ground. You can have hostel facility boys and girls both with low cost
Our department of commerce classes are pretty much constant. All the classes are held at a proper time and we can attend the class everyday. The professers are so much responsible person. Also our college has a library, so we can pick books.
Everyone of our college can issue their library cards. It is so much beneficial for the students whom are facing financial problems. They can pick free books from here, and lots of stocks are there. Also our college is famous for annual fest in bwn.

Dislikes

Some times our college facing development problems. Sometimes there are lack off fans and lights in class rooms. But it is not too much problems. If our hall room has a capacity of 8 fans or lights you can see 1 or 2 is not working.
If you are staying at hostel, you can face several problems in hostel. Sometimes college didi not provide proper goods for hostel facilities. The boarders of the hostel need to complaint for a long to have those things
Some time you can be irritated by the union of the college. It is a crucial problem of our college. But hostel boards are facing more problems instead of students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I specially like commerce, and this college is well known for commerce students. So I took admission in this college. And we get very good mentorship form our professors. Some times we got timing problems from Burdwan University but our teachers made us prepared for the exam.

HMC: The knowledge house

Likes

College library had large collection of books
Friendly, supportive and very Knowledgeable faculty
The campus is large enough to accommodate many students

Dislikes

College buildings are way too old so they need renovation
Canteen present in the campus is not up to the mark
College washrooms need proper thorough cleaning

Course Curriculum Overview:

The subject itself is quite interesting . Even though the futute opportunities regarding jobs are not that high if you do not go for higher studies. The couse structure is great and practical seesions are also fun to do.

The fees was very fair with 90,000 I have completed 3 years to BCA
Faculties are good and supportive and after the college we are also connected.

Dislikes

The placemnets were not that good, no company came for IT profiles

To be honest, the BCA curriculam at Burdwan University is not that good and outdated, teachers used to guide us that we should learn more than curriculum. but they need to introduce some concepts by their own effort.

The tale of Burdwan University

Campus was good. The atmosphere is very calm and there's scenic beauty everywhere.
Hostel facility was available for students but everyone isn't eligible for availing this opportunity.
Some teachers are very good in their respective field. And they are very helpful.

Dislikes

The faculty was not upto the mark to teach a subject like mass Communication
Hod and some teachers were busy in favouring their selected students. There's lot of partiality in this department.
There's no facility for placement and internship. Studying Mass Communication from bu is a waste of a thing

Course Curriculum Overview:

I wanted to study film making and advertising which prompted me to choose Mass Communication. There's less effect of the curriculum in real world application. Teachers need to look beyond favouritism and teach according to modern day technique. Frequency of exam was like 5-6month sometime it took 7 month sometime 5 month. Difficulty level was high.

Canteen food price is cheap though the food is also bad
I don't like anything in this university
There's very narrow minded students in Hindi department.

Dislikes

The teachers and there behaviour, they never co-operate with students.
University is totally politics oriented.
Teacher's has leftists thinking in there mind and also force this thinking to students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

It's okay because it's depends on the student who is learning the course but teachers are not helpful. But as the course or syllabus it's good and enough for the course. Exam question paper also comes with what was in syllabus and that's good for scoring nice marks in exam.

The campus life is very good here, the college is located in the town and market is easily accessible here, it is around 2 km from the railway station
Faculties are well qualified with a minimum degree of PHD expected the few contractual faculties from the general basics science and humanities
The semester exams conducted as per the academic calendar

Dislikes

Infrastructure is not well maintained and low maintenance
Some faculties are more focused on giving the back paper in the semester results

Placement Experience:

Placement are decent in our college if you have enough skills and project experience you will get placed. You are eligible for the campus placement from the 7th semester, around 50 company visit our college for the placement rounds including IT , sales and core companies. 90 percentage of the students get placed, i will be settled after completing my degree
