Rabindrabharati University, renowned for its eminent faculty and distinguished artists from West Bengal, offers a structured admissions process conducted entirely online. Applicants must achieve at least 50% in their 12th standard board exams and pay a Rs. 250 application fee. Fine arts and visual arts applicants undergo written, practical, or interview-based entrance exams, with admit cards accessible online. Successful candidates pay a Rs. 1665 fee and provide necessary documents for verification. The fee structure includes an enrollment fee of approximately Rs. 1400 and examination fees of Rs. 700 per semester.

Semester fees are Rs. 450 for even semesters and Rs. 1465 for odd semesters, excluding the first, which has a Rs. 1665 admission fee. Despite the feasible fee structure, classes are irregular initially, and syllabi may not be completed on time. Although the university lacks a dedicated placement cell, it offers post-graduation internships based on merit. M.Phil students receive a stipend of around Rs. 7,000 INR, while guest lecturers earn approximately Rs. 15,000 INR. Placement opportunities mainly benefit PhD scholars, with graduates often pursuing artistic careers over traditional jobs.
