IIM Calcutta MBAEx Fees

The total fee for the MBAEx 2026-27 batch (Batch 20) is Rs 33,50,000, which is non-refundable and covers tuition fees, course materials, accommodation, economy airfare, and some incidentals for the international immersion programme. Admissions to the MBAEx 2026-27 batch (Batch 20) are conducted in three rounds. Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor's degree (minimum 10+2+3 years of formal education) or equivalent in any discipline from a recognised university.
At least 5 years of full-time post-qualification managerial/professional experience as on March 31, 2027 (for 2026-27 batch).

Admission Process

Fill the online application form on the IIM Calcutta website; application fee is Rs 4,000 (non-refundable).
Submit GMAT score, academic certificates, work experience documents, Statement of Purpose, and two Letters of Recommendation.
Shortlisted candidates are called for Personal Interview at Bangalore, Kolkata, Mumbai, or New Delhi (or online for overseas candidates).
Final selection based on GMAT score, academic background, work experience, PI performance, SOP, and recommendation letters.
Successful candidates receive an admission offer and must pay the commitment fee (Rs 2,00,000) within the specified deadline.

Ans. Currently, the MBAEx awards a Post Graduate Diploma in Management for Executives. However, IIM Calcutta is engaged with the Ministry of Education (MoE) and other IIMs to potentially award a degree.
