Applicants from other academic disciplines can apply if they have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare sector as on the application closure date.
All applicants must have secured a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in graduation or post-graduation (considering results from all academic years).

Ques. Is the EPHM from IIM Calcutta a recognised degree or diploma?

Ans. No, the EPHM is not a degree or diploma programme. It is an Executive Certificate Programme. Upon successful completion, participants receive a Certificate of Completion from IIM Calcutta along with IIM Calcutta Executive Alumni Status. It is not equivalent to an MBA or PGDM.

Ques. I am a doctor with 2 years of experience. Am I eligible for the EPHM?
