GKV Haridwar Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

It is a government funded college so good companies are came but you know not giving a very good placements like above 20 lacs or something like that but you will get a good companies like ISRO Godrej HCL TCS IBM and all the major companies are coming in the college giving a good decent package. So every year is 1670 lacks highest package and average packages about 7 to 8 lacs for computer science students.

I choose this course because I have great interest in the field of computer science and want to explore it very deeply. The syllabus and course structure is quite good , easily understandable by all the students. All the faculty members and highly qualified in their respective fields.

Students are eligible after the 6th sem . And there is not such good scenario for placements . As it lacks the cultural expectations here in the college..Big product based companies not prefer visiting for placements. Highest placement can go from 9-12 depending upon the student. Average placements is around 4 lpa only. And also most of the guy placed are from cse only and few from Ece.

All Faculty members is good and All Faculty members behaviour is nice and supporting. I studying CSE in branch 120 student and Qualification of the faculty is mtech or ph.d in particular course and the teaching method is offline in classroom and they also connect in online mode.

I choose this course because I am passionate in computer science and engineering. Faculty members are good in our branch and supportive. HOD's are also very good. Teaching method of teachers is like they focus mainly on syllabus whatever in syllabus they do it very well. There is two sessional exam conducted of 20 marks each and one sem exam exam of 70 marks in each semester. Best of two sessional marks is considered.

From sixth semester , companies starts taking students for placements. There are a large number of companies like tcs , wipro, hcl like mass recruiter give placements of 5 to 10 lakh packages. Around 80 percent students get placed every year . Students from CSE all are placed.

Students of seventh semester or fourth year are eligible for seating in college placements rounds. There will be many companies who are hiring on campus some of them are giving good CTC and some of them are giving Very bad CTC. Halonix,tcs,Congnizant,TCL,and some more companies visited last placement round.

* From 7th semester placement is started. * companies came-TATA, HCL,Dabur,ICICI Bank,Infosys,IBM,BYJU'S,TCS,Brilasoft,aianpaints.Neclife,HDFC BANK etc and no of offerrs are vary every year. *Highest pacakge-15 LPA. Average pakage-5LPA * In CSE 90% are placed and overall 50% are placed. * My plan to get placement.

students from seventh semester can become eligible for campus placements rounds. there will be many companies who are visiting college nowadays Tcs,wipro,congnizant,hcl,halonix,and many more companies. srudents who are good at skills can easily get job.

Placements are good in our college average package is around 12 lakhs after 7th semester you are eligible for placement. Almost 70% students are placed and get a job in different companies in the country.
