Hostel Facilities:

Room they provide is good as they give bed, table, chair, almirah etc. Meal quality is not so good but we can survive if they don't reduce quality so badly then only . Menu are like :- breakfast lunch dinner paratha, daal , roti daal roti poha, daliya chawal , chawal sabji chhole bhature lauki ki kohra ka sabji sabji registration process is simple as we just have to fill the form and pay all the fees of 1 year . PG is good for living like Ashirwad hostel and sharma PG in jwalapur

GURUKUL KANGRI UNIVERSITY- HARIDWAR

Hostel Facilities:

Rooms are there with all the basic facilities but they don't provide personal batroom for 5 students . They give a single batroom and there we have to adjust which is a big problem . Meal quality is very bad as they make unhealthy food every night and they use their slippers to wash potatoes , one of the worst case of gurukul hostel . So I not choose this college i my second year . Finally i went to live in other PGs named ASHIRWAD HOSTEL but, this hostel is also not so good but i am here because of its affordability .

GURUKUL KANGRI - THE GEM

Hostel Facilities:

They provide rooms bathroom and mess facilities and take 3000 as a security money when we opt for hostel . They provide all the facilities but they provide single batroom in which 20 students goes whcih is a big problem . Meal quality is also very bad because they add insects in the food which they want us to eat very bad mess quality is there . PG nearby is like SRINIDHI BOYS HOSTEL , AASHIRVAD BOYS HOSTEL etc.

Hostel Facilities:

Rooms are having all the basic facilities as they provide bed and matresses , table and chair , also personal almirah and warddrobe etc. Meal was good for few months but it becomes so bad after few months as they are using thier shoes to wash the potatoes . There was a video get viral in our group where we have seen all this after that we lost our hopes on hostel food so i will suggest don't take hostels . Process is easy to get hostel fill the hostel form and pay fees . Pg are numberless in haridwar go and search you will get easily but take rooms in 4 to 5 group for cheaper rate .

Rooms are there with all the necessary basic facilities like bed, matresses , chair , table , wi- fi , water purifier etc. Food menu is primitive and food quality is also not so good because they always give kaddu -lauki sabji. registration process is simple and easy just you have to fill the form and pay the fees of 1 year in advance to book the room . Locality nearby is like singhdwar , jagjeetpur , bhadrabad , sitapur , dwarika bihar etc.

Room facilities are good as they give us table, chair, bed, matresses, wifi facilities, water cooler and almirah. Food quality is good in starting but after few months quality reduces by 10 times so meal quality is not so good . Menu was same for night like daal, chawal, roti, sabji etc. and only breakfast are so good because they give aalu puri , poha , daliya , chhole bhature ,etc. in evening only on sunday we get good food like paneer and gulab jamun . registration process is very easy jsut fill the form and pay all the fees of 1 year and then they allot you the room . Ashirwad hostel the pg under 2k for living is good enough but they should charge only 1200 . They are charging too more than the facilities .

They give their bed , study table , fan , almirah, wi- fi access , water cooler in the room. Meal facility i good but only for 2 to 3 months but after that they don't give good and healthy foods . hostel facility is good but meal quality is not so good in the hostel . Menu of the food is like Roti , bread , chawal , daal, sabji, chhole bhature , poha , daliya etc. registration facilities for hostel is easy, during the time of admission visit the hostel and book your room by giving money to the hostel warden after giving payment and filling out the form they will allot you the room . locality nearby the hostel is jagjeetpur , sitapur , jamalpur , singhdwar where you can find a rented room or PG .

GURUKUL - OUR PRIDE

Hostel Facilities:

Rooms are good as they provide bedsheet, Almirah, fan, table, chair, wifi, water R.O etc. Meal quality of our hostel is good just for two to three months after that they just give very bad quality and unhygenic food so we leave our hostel after 1st year. registraion process is too easy jsut fill the form and pay the one year fees. locality nearby places is like Aashirwad hostel best hostel under 2000 rupees.

Hard life at gurukula kangri vishvidyaly

Campus is far from the hostel. And it is far from the main city.

Hostel Facilities:

In hostel you are provided a bed, almirah, chair, table and fan. The quality of food is not good. Even insect are found in food, but hostel are at less cost. It cost only 62000 per year. But it's very difficult to get the hostel because there is nearly 300 bed only.

Engineering in Gurukul Kangri Deemed to be University, Haridwar

Hostel Facilities:

There were three hostels in University and one in college. The one in the college was available only to the engineering students. Students were alloted rooms based on the distances of their hometowns and categories. There were two hostels in the University which was available only for 1st and 2nd year engineering students. The remaining hostel was available for all University students but the students from engineering course were given a priority. Meal quality was ok-ish in all the hostels. Hostels were fairly affordable. Rooms were triple sharing. There was no restrictions in electronic equipments. We went for a rented flat in our final year in Khanna Nagar. There were 6 of us and average monthly expenses were around 9000-10000, so the hostel were an affordable choice but the they were located near fields and gardens, so no nightlife was possible.
