SRMIST Delhi NCR Campus Scholarships
SRMIST offers several scholarships, fee waiver schemes, teaching and research assistance to meritorious and deserving students. A large number of students tremendously benefit from such schemes. In 2015 – 2016 nearly 2366 students benefited from various schemes with a total of INR 27 crores distributed as scholarship. To encourage and support students of exemplary talent, several scholarships are instituted to recognize excellence in academic, sports and deserving candidates. The quantum of scholarship and the number of scholarships are subject to change from time to time. Listed below are the details for the same:

Applications in the prescribed form for the award of scholarship both fresh and renewal will be received in August/ September every year. Processing will be done by the scholarship office and selection of awardees will be done by a committee consisting of SRM University Officials and invited academics from other Universities.
Renewal of Scholarship: All the above scholarships are renewed every year subject to meeting set performance norms.
Note(s):
- All the above scholarship are entry-level scholarships and are offered only for the first year
- The continuance of scholarship for the subsequent year is purely based on the academic performance of the immediate previous year of study (without any break of study).
- Every year the eligible student has to apply for renewal of scholarship in the prescribed form available on the official website within the stipulated date.
- Failure to apply for renewal within the stipulated date will disqualify the student for the scholarship for subsequent years.
- The decision of the scholarship committee is final and binding.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:
The first year fees with the admission fee is total of 1,21,000 of which 1,11,000 is refundable if due to any circumstances wanted to leave or change college, then for every corresponding year it is 1,00,000

- 75% attendence is mandatory for qualifying in exam
- rules is strict , if you want to go from cllg ,in cllg hours you want to take permission from teachers

my tution fees is 300000 and registration fees is 20000 and refundable fees is 1000 i pay 321000 for first year from second year only 300000 is pay and there is no reservation for fees . and there is no scholarship for btech cse core students

- I personally liked the teachers. They are very helpful and teach very well.
- The library is one of the best places in the campus. It has an automatic borrow and return system which you can use.
Dislikes
- The mandatory 75% attendance is not something I was looking forward to.
- The girls to boys ratio is not low, but it could be better.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:
The year wise fee I paid is exactly 3 lakhs rupees per year, with 10000 rupees as a cautionary fee. The year wise fee contains all the development fees, lab fees, etc. There is a fee reduction for reserved categories. There are also scholarships available in the course based on your rank of SRMJEE examination. To maintain the scholarship, you have to score at least 9 cgpa at the end of every semester.

- The overall infrastructure and placement opportunities as well as internships are good
- The canteen is also at an affordable price and offers quite tasty food which is more than expected
Dislikes
- The classrooms aree pretty much stuffed and the water from ac drips on the floor the whole time.
- Some teachers are good but most of them are most likely not interested in teaching or they don't understand that the student is lacking in basics so they fail to make things clear to us
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:
I am in first year srm -ncr campus pursuing btech in CSE core a 4 year degree and the placements of this college according to me is average because as compared to other colleges the package is little less srm-chennai is way better but again it's more expensive. I know a senior who passed out engineering with 8.0 cgpa and got placement of 7 lpa so pretty much good as I can say. The fees is a little too much but if I get a placement at a good place then of course it's worth it

- They provide us with all the luxuries which are required like fully air conditionered rooms

- I would say the college canteen can be made a little better
- Medical facilities are provided by the college but it can be enhaced

I am currently studying in SRM IST. I am currently in second year and i am pursuing my btech degree which is an 4year degree it is Chennai based universty which provides many courses and i will personally suggest to get admission in this college if you are from nearby or even live far away like in delhi the college provides a good infrastructure and also transport facilities for the day scholars it has a great hostel facilities also plus the faculties of this college so far i have experienced are very good and experienced and this college gives 100% surety for placement the crowd is all decent many students from different different cities are living in the college hostel or they have pg facilities near by only the college is well connected for transportation also overall i would say it is a good college anybody thinking to join this college can for sure join it.

- Here it's out of ghaziabad City so there is no blink it or any other things
- Bro you need to have some eating stuffs from your home
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:
Coming to fee structure ???? 300000 Is only tution fees + 15000 registration fees and app 7000 for exam every semester . If you are choosing SRM for your studies so it will app. Will be 20-21 lacs for 4 years . There are different scholarship available you can go to clg website for details...that will be the better option though

- Labs are well equipped with Macs and windows, also the there is a new central lab.
- Management is good, they will help you in every aspect.
Dislikes
- No good food options available near the campus or in the campus
- There are no big concerts that happen in the college.

During my the fee of the college was reasonable taking consideration its placements percentage but now the cost increases too much. The campus will not justify the fee of the college the placements will definitely justify it.

- Course curriculum can be more innovative and tech focussed
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:
For Btech first gear fees was 320000 and the rest three years fees is 300000 .fees is quite high but worth it .There are scholarships also at the time of admission as they offer their own exam SRMJEE in which on the basis of the rank students get scholarships .there are 2-3 phases of this exam

- Friendly behavior of staff members and faculties

- Very strict timing rules for the students
- They also very punctual for the dress of management students
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:
on the time of admission the fees was 1,21,000 for the first year, then for the rest of the years it was 85,000. there was no hike in the fees structure, the complete fess of bba for three year was 2,91,000 and the exam fees for each semester was 2,350. there was no other charges. the hostel fees was 1,75,000. there were no scholarships offered to me. i got placed in reputed company with stipend of 4,50,000.

- One of the thing that I liked about the SRM is that here you can easily score the grades as compared to others.
- The library is really good and like you can get any book here and a good sitting place in the library where you can finally have some peace.
Dislikes
- I didn't liked the infrastructure and the whole management of the system as in academics and as well as co-curriculum activities too, they should plan and also ask students for reviewing
- I didn't like that they do not support the Sports as much as other colleges do also they don't even send students to attend the events in other colleges

There is no such policy where they will increase the tution fee. The complete cost of the tution fee would be around 1300000 SRMHEE is the scholarship name where it is based on your SRMJEE ranks and as well as JEE
