Periyar University Salem Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Final year students only eligible for placement. But second year onwards, placements classes will be conducted. The minimum package for each company will be above 10,000 for arts and science students. Engineering campus package is higher than arts and science. The average percentage of students getting placement will be 95%.

Students can attend the campus interview after completing the fifth semester. Tcs, vee Tech are the companies that visited our college for campus interviews. 25% of students got placements. After completing my degree I will do higher study.

I was very much interested in Science, especially Maths. So, I took the Maths department at UG in the year 2020. Our college campus was good, neat, and clean, and also had a water facility. Student ratio is 3:1 to male to female, because our college was, a college for men, but girls also joined here. The teaching method was Tamil and English, Board system, lab, and computer couching also. The passing mark of the exam was 40 out of 100. A student who has learned basics strongly will pass otherwise fail.

Students are given their willingness for the placement during their first semester. The training for the station started in the second semester. TCS, Infosys, and Indian healthcare 50 companies are offering our students jobs. This year we got 1500 plus offers. There are no percentage qualifications for placement. After I complete my degree I go to a job related to my course

I choose my course with my own interest. the college curriculum is very good and I want to share about the faculty members they are really very talented with their departments they provided more space to learn in a friendly manner. I am one of the people to improve my knowledge with factually.

Management

I chosen this college because it has IAS academy in it. I can easily prepare for UPSC exams side by side of my degree. They offer for all other civil service examinations too. They had good faculty in academy

only positive is there excellent placement,good teaching,safty for womens,good canteen ,and good extra curricular activities,staff motevative all the student.and weekly onlys we have to take demo class.
