- Actually, the overall college performance is great. The faculties are so helpful to get more knowledge.
- Placement: Top companies like Tcs, Wipro, Infosys, get hired the students. Because of placement classes and mock interviews.
- There is a wide range of library. It helps to get information about some topics.
Dislikes
- Hostel: It is fair but food was always makes us getting bored.
- Account section: We have to be in queue for an hour to pay the fees.
- Rest rooms: some of the old campus rest rooms are not fair.
Course Curriculum Overview
There are academic and placements classes will be conducted at the same time. Students who are in placement classes only attend placement classes then other students attend their academic classes. So it makes students to clear academic works a little bit difficult. Otherwise everything is fine.
Placement Experience
Final year students only eligible for placement. But second year onwards, placements classes will be conducted. The minimum package for each company will be above 10,000 for arts and science students. Engineering campus package is higher than arts and science. The average percentage of students getting placement will be 95%.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees seems to be little high for poor students. The academic fees is 40,000 per annum except semester exam fees. For each semester students should pay 2,000 to 5,000 depends on their department. If placement students get hired by companies, management will provide award ceremony for those get hired. Because it will be motivation for their junior students also.
Campus Life
The overall experience of campus is very great. There are 4 libraries only for arts and science. There are sports events, cultural events, award ceremony, placement acheivers ceremony, and farewell will be conducted.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel have a strict rules and regulations for students. They will give leave only by getting permission from parents by phone calls and receiving sms from parents mobile number. Hostel food is fine. But same menu for every week will get bored for students. PG hostel fees is 10,000 to 15,000 higher than normal hostel. There is no ragging issues. PG hostel has attached rest room facilities but normal hostel has common rest room facilities. Just it.
Admission
Eligibility of this course: everyone are eligible Admission fees also available. It will be 5000. If get admission by student or staff reference, the fees will be 3000. College official website: www.vivekanandha.ac.in. Exams will be end of December and even sem will be end of May. Sometimes exams will be continuous days. It will be little bit trouble to get revised.
Faculty
Some faculty members are strict with their rules and regulations and some of them are liberal and friendly. But everyone helps their students to get achieving their goals and make them at a good position. They also helps us in every field like sports, extra curricular activities etc., There is more benefits of get studies in that college. Even more, During Cultural program faculties also participated in dancing, singing and giving with students.
