Course Description
Candidates can apply online or offline, briefing for both the methods is mentioned below:
Online Method:
- Candidates can visit official website of Anna University i.e. https://www.annauniv.edu in order to download the application the form.
- Candidates are then required to click on TANCET and Online application form.
- Candidates will receive a unique registration number and password.
- Fill in the required details in the form.
- Upload a photograph and take the printout of the Application Form after submission
- Send the hard copy along with the required documents and the Demand Draft.
Offline Method:
- Candidates can obtain the Application form from the specified Co-ordinating Centres**, by submitting a copy of the required documents.
- The TANCET Application Fees must be paid in cash or Demand Draft.
- Candidates are issued the TANCET hall ticket if their Registration is successful and their TANCET application is in order.
NOTE: Demand Draft of Rs.500/- (Rs.250/- for SC/SCA/ST candidates) should be in favour of ‘The Secretary, TANCET, Anna University,’ payable at Chennai, obtained from any Nationalised bank.

- Attested copies of certificates pertaining to age, educational qualifications and community certificates.

Fees and Financial Aid:
So on the financial assistance side, the college is very weak they won't help. But for the campus, we have large placements from good companies like Wipro, Tcs etc. The higher officials won't consider even your background or your family status. I have no father and my mother suffered a lot to pay fees as a single parent.

So as per the fees policy as there were no reservation benefits everyone will get the same fees the fees for this course will be 100000. if you got a good rank in the gate then the government will provide you a stipend

I am not eligible for scholarships. If you are eligible for scholarship you can directly go to office and enquire about scholarship for your course. They will give you a scholarship form filling it & attaching required documents to them they will credit scholarship amount to your bank account.
Fees and Financial Aid:
They provide BC/MBC scholarship to all candidate based on parental income and also loan facility is also provided for candidate who opt for bank loan. I have opted scholarship in both PG and UG.
Fee Structure And Facilities:
The fee for my M. Tech course was 1.75 lakhs in total. The fee could have been less, but the facilities are good, so I don’t have any issues. The on-campus, placement from the college are also good.
