Placement Experience:
As you must be aware that the Journalism and Mass Communication course requires a lot of fieldwork and knowledge to be eligible to uphold placements and excel in your skills. The placements depend upon the number of skills you have, what all fieldwork you have, and what all are you willing to optimistically learn and put into action. Students can start interning in their respective interest fields from the 2nd year as in the 4th Semester and by the end of the 5th Semester, students become eligible for campus placements. 60% of students get placed in good production houses or marketing and advertising firms as per their capabilities and some of the renowned production houses that come for placements are Dainik Bhaskar, Byjus, Rajasthan Patrika, Fist India TV, etc. I did sit for placements and was offered an internship training at Dainik Bhaskar as a content writer with a stipend of Rs. 30,000 and a permanent job after completion of training but I refused it as I wanted to do Masters.
