JECRC University - life and opportunities

Likes

Plenty opportunities for various fields, some of those for btech are hackathons, internship programs, etc, and also placement opportunities.
Vibrant campus life with constant fests, seminars, club activities etc.
A lot of the faculty is excellent and very helpful.

Dislikes

Too many students, therefore opportunities thin out as do club activities.
I feel that a lot more can and should be taught to the students, especially for B.Tech students who require many skills.
Many of the students highly dilute the ambitious enviornment required for motivation.

Placement Experience:

I would say that the placement opportunities for our college are okay, and would be good if not for so many students, however, I have not yet sat for the placements. The students are eligible for placements from the 4th year and placement training begins from the 3rd year. Apparently, the placement record for my course is 90%.

Read it and feel it.

Likes

Campus culture. Events, seminars overall a good cllg life.
Timings, enough time to spend on other things no unwanted cllg time.
Socializing and marketing. Having a good marketing

Dislikes

Unwanted construction all the time in campus, disturbing the beauty of campus
Very very strict attendance policy , not reliving at any cost.
Sometimes unwanted money demand. Like even taking charges for cllg fest too

Placement Experience:

Placement are quite average like yeah students get placed in a decent category but not very high. Students get eligible for interships in the 6 sem. And many companies visit like accenture, tcs, etc. Get a average package around 5-6 lakhs. Around 80% students get placed. After degree i will start my career with a decent job and will move on to a great startup.

College life at jaipur

Likes

The campus is good of the college and has a good environment
College helps you to get internships opportunities
College has many other activities other than studies

Dislikes

Behaviour of the staffs are sometime very bad
College has more local students so sometime there is fights occuring outside the campus

Course Curriculum Overview:

I just opted this course for my further degree as i will be pursuing mba in future so i needed a good college where i can get the basic knowledge of the bba and can improve my skills to get a good mba college in future

Likes

I liked the exposure and the faculty because the teachers are so experienced
I also liked the campus which has every lab for every subject which need

I disliked the management and the feat organising

placement opportunities : the university have a robust placement record . in last year there were total of 2028 placement
Faculty expertise: Students have noted that faculty is very friendly and helping in nature contributing Positively to the learning nature
Campus life: The university host various society clubs and technical clubs and provide exposure which in turn provide opportunities to students outside the academics

Dislikes

Laboratory infrastructure : Some students have pointed out that some equipments are outdated specially computers so they do not get up to date equipments and which hinders their learning
Internships: while placement factor is strong we can say that the internships providing by the university are not good Or in some cases they do not provide any internships
High fees is not justifiable While it is true that Jecrc provides various opportunities to students but in return they ask for money in a each and every possible way

From fourth year the students become eligible for campus placements And before that you have to go for outside placements by students himself only companies visited like Microsoft Zomato and all no Google and number of companies are not very good only mass recruiters are there like three L package tcs and old highest package is around 53 lakhs by Microsoft last year in 2023 and 4 academic year percentage of getting placements is like around you can say out of 100 4040 will get placement Every package is around 5 according to the chorus but I know it is around 3 lpa In reality I am pre paying for gate exam right now let us see what happened
