JRN University Faculty

The college employs 20-25 faculty members, with 9 primarily handling lectures. Most faculty members are Ph.D. holders, many of whom have cleared the NET exam and have international teaching experience. Faculty members are involved in research and are authors of several commerce books. They are known for their supportive and friendly nature, providing notes for each chapter and eliminating the need for private tuition. The faculty is divided into in-house and visiting members, offering practical and theoretical knowledge respectively.

Regular class tests are conducted, and study leaves are provided before exams. Faculty members are strict but fair, emphasizing current knowledge over rote learning. The college offers B.A. B.Ed and B.Sc B.Ed programs with a total of 9 exams annually. Guest lecturers are frequently invited, and the faculty's strong industry connections provide a practical teaching approach. The college, established in 1958, is semi-government and known for its systematic educational approach.
