Ques. What is the policy for refund and return on Academic fee at Madhav University?
Ans. In case a student chooses to withdraw from their respective program, the university will return/refund the fees. However, the amount to be returned/refunded depends when the withdrawal application is received. If the application is received 16 days OR more before the date of commencement of classes, INR. 5,000 will be deducted. If it is received within 15 days from the date of commencement of classes, 10% of annual fees will be deducted. 20% of annual fees will be deducted if withdrawal application is received up to 15 days after the date of commencement of classes. More than 15 days but less than 30 days after the date of commencement of classes will see a deduction of 50% of the annual fees. Lastly, if a withdrawal application is received after 30 days of the date of commencement of classes, candidates will get No Refund.
