Think I like that the teacher are very good in each branches
The teacher teaches those topics which will coming in the exam and the question paper will be made by those teachers only
There is no ragging in the hostel it ragging free campus

Placement Experience:

Mainly there is placement for civil engineering highest 17 LPA and average 8 LPA and computer engineering 16 LPA and average 10 LPA But there is still no placement for Electronics , Electrical and Information technology branches My plan is after the degree is to give GATE exam and doing Mtech after btech

Likes

The faculties are very good and teaching also and most important the courses fees are very lower.
Hostel are available and fees also very less . Most importantly this is a central govt. college.
The college campus is very clean and canteen also available and hostel and college bus are also available.

Dislikes

Exams are slightly taught and regular need to attend the classes
Hostel food slightly not good. Sometimes need to change the food menu.
After selecting the state govt entrance for the most you have to come for study at this place far from your home.

Internships Opportunities:

After completing internship and courses you can apply or get offer by different company and industries and for B. Pharma you can get opportunities to do manufacturing company like Alkem , Sunpharma , Abbot in this reported companies. And for Bsc Nurshing you can opportunities to do job in the private or govt hostpitals and also for alll courses you can eligible for all the govt competitive exams. During intership you will get project under of professor and the professors are helps you to complete the projects .

Brief review on Pachhunga University College

Likes

The collage infrastructure is really nice as it is the biggest in mizoram and the college is covered with forest and green aroun 70% of it.
The teachings given by the faculty is also really good, as the best in the state are employed in this college, the professors also give good career guidance
Our quality of life is superb in our college, and it is really easy to have social interaction as most of the students hang around the college campus and restaurants and cafes near the college

Dislikes

The college is under construction so it is always very dusty outside the classroom and near places where construction work is done
The faculty sometimes dont use the mic they are provided in the class, and it may cause some trouble for people with hearing problem, but we can always request them to use it
The college area is big and wide so it is exhausting to go around the college with foot

Internships Opportunities:

I havent engaged in any internship or known anyone who had an opportunity for an internship. So i cannot say anything about this field, and arts students dont really get intership, mostly science and management and business

Life in mizoram University

Likes

Teachers are good and the way they teach is really good
Every week there is internship and we have our freedom to explore University any time
The infrastructures and availability of resources are goid

Dislikes

Road conditions, hostel food, availability bus in the university campus
Internet connection problem, water scarcity, electricity problem
Library time is only upto 4:30 pm and Saturday and Sunday it is not open

The internship availability is so less for us. And for us language is a big barrier. And all the hospitals are very far from the university and travelling in mizoram is very hard. We are going to old age home these kind of centres because of non availability of psychiatry wards.

My experience in Mizoram University

Likes

One things i like is the Campus of the University
Another is that, all the hostellers are placed in the hostel near their respective departments.
Teaching teching and facilities in the university is quiet satisfactory.

Dislikes

First things is the Hostel messes. The quality of the food needs to be improves
The Roads quality inside the University Campus.
Its very difficult to interract with other departments as the buildings are much apart from each other.

Internships Opportunities:

There are several appointment of internship for other department. But in our department, we doesnt have internship in the whole courses as field work, group projects and area studying is more necessary

First of all the people here are incredibly generous and supportive towards the students and has a very good environment for education.
The campus is very big, engulfed with greenery all over the place, present in the mountains which gives a very positive feeling to be in here. Students regardless of whatever stream you belong, are ready to help you and be with you and for you
All the professors are well-trained, never strain the students regarding studies. They support you and give you materials required as well as the time for self-studying which is the greatest thing because in Masters you need to give time for yourself

Internships Opportunities:

For geology, I got the opportunity to do Internships at Wadia Institute of Himalayan Geology and NESAC under ISRO. I didn't apply to other organisations but the exposure that you'll get from here to every other organisations is immense for experience purposes as well as job-seeking knowledge.

Availability of required or necessary equipments/resources sufficiently.
The teachings of the respective teachers are quite good and understandable.
Campus life is good, hostel Life is good.

Dislikes

The Hostel mess is not that good, I mean it's just ocassionly good.
The infrastructure of the hostel especially the bathrooms/toilets.
The unavailability of Water and Wifi sometimes.

Internships Opportunities:

Many Internship programs are held for Engineering students every year. The top recruiters are Wipro Infosys TCS providing jobs like Banking engineer, Product engineering, Test automation engineer, etc., and offering packages of around 4-6lakhs. The Project s of our top recruiter is mainly product engineering, business processes, and IT services.
