Mizoram University B.Arch Architecture And Regional Planning: Fees 2025, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

To enroll in the B.Arch program at Mizoram University (MZU), students must have at least 50% in their 10+2 exams with Mathematics and clear the NATA test. The application fee for NATA is 700 INR. Admission can be obtained through JEE Paper II or NATA. For JEE Paper II, MZU must be ranked among the top 10 choices on the JOSSA website, with the process involving 7 rounds plus 2 additional ones, beginning in July.

NATA applicants must upload their scorecard in PDF on MZU’s site. Classes for the first year start in the first week of August. MZU's Architecture department has 12 faculty members with significant qualifications, including advanced degrees from renowned institutions. The total course fee ranges from 4 to 5 lakhs, payable in semester-wise installments, with each semester costing about 30,000 INR, including hostel fees, and a monthly mess fee of 2,000 INR.

This fee is lower than many other universities due to MZU’s status as a Central Government university. Students from the North East can avail themselves of various scholarships. Placement opportunities are moderate, with companies like Wipro, Powergrid, and Urban Development Corporation offering jobs, and internships often providing stipends and job offers. The college, holding an 'A' grade from NAAC, facilitates connections with firms in major cities, helping students find internships.

Scholarships are available for SC/ST and North East students, credited annually to their accounts upon application.
