First thing is students are provided with single room accomodation which is better for effective learning.

Hostel Facilities:

PGP program at IIM Shillong is residential and you will get a home away from home feeling at campus. Each student is provided with single accomodation. A single room is equipped with a bed , mattress , almirah , study table and chair. Mess provide you with four meals in a day. Food quality vary from average to good. At the time of admission , hostel committee of the college take care of your accomodation and room allotment.

Hostel Facilities:

The hostels are very spacious and comfortable with double occupancy for the first years followed by single occupancy for the second years. The dormitory is equipped with all of the necessary amenities to make a student's time on campus meaningful and pleasant. Each of the buildings has its own common area and indoor game room. The mess menu is updated on a regular basis, and proper hygiene is maintained throughout the hostel amenities. The rooms have an attached personal bathroom and a small balcony.
