IIM Shillong FDP : Fees 2025, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

Faculty Development Program (FDP) is an initiative of IIM Shillong. IIM Shillong being one of the tier 1 B Schools, not only focuses on the development of its students but also its faculty. The FDP program mainly focuses on the developments and updates in the teaching sector and how the faculty can prepare their classes based on case studies and a lot more. It is a 3-week program with 2- week program on Research, Learning and Teaching and the last week on the chosen specialisation. The specializations offered are Human Resources, Business Analytics, Finance, Marketing, and Operations Management.

IIM Shillong FDP Eligibility

Teachers, researchers and faculty members of various management institutes, degree colleges, university departments, or professional staff training institutes are eligible to register and be a part of the three weeks FDP Program of IIM Shillong.

IIM Shillong FDP Selection Criteria

The program is designed in a way to accommodate a minimum of 12 and a maximum of 24 participants. The admissions are on a first come, first serve basis.

• Download the form from the official website of IIM Shillong (www.iim shillong.ac.in)
• Fill in the required details. 
• Scan the form and send it to fdp@iimshillong.ac.in
• Fill the fees and send the receipt alongwith the mail.
• Fees can be paid through NEFT or DD.

IIM Shillong FDP Course Details

The course is designed in two phases: Phase 1 and Phase 2. 

• The Phase 1 consists of mainly teaching methods and learning techniques.
• Phase 2 consists of one week of specialisation in the chosen subject.
