Symbiosis offers master's students a comprehensive placement program that includes mandatory internships, consisting of three NGO internships and two industry internships spread over three years. These internships are designed to provide valuable exposure and practical experience. However, placement opportunities before entering the master's program are limited, with only a few students successfully securing positions through interviews.
The placement department is seen as inconsistent, yet it actively supports students who choose to pursue further education instead of immediate job placements. Although internship stipends vary depending on the company and location, they are generally appreciated for the learning opportunities they offer.
