YCCE College : My Experience

Placement Experience:

The placements are good in the YCCE college as compared to other colleges in Nagpur. From seventh semester the students are eligible for the campus reqruitments. The companies that offer placements in YCCE are Microsoft, TCS, Infosys, wipro, Persistent etc. The highest package is around 24 LPA and the average package is around 5 LPA. Around 70-80% students get placed every year in the college. My plans after getting the degree is to get a secure job and spent time with family.

My Honest GHRCE Experience

Placement Experience:

placements in GHRCE are pretty good for CS/IT branches. Students become eligible from 7th semester, but companies starts giving training sessions from 6th sem itself. Many known companies visits like Tcs, Wipro, Capgemini, cognizant, Infosis etc The highest package goes around 20-22 LPA while the average package is around 5-6 LPA. Almost 70-80% students from CS/IT get placed. My plans after getting the degree is to get a stable job and then do masters.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible mostly after 7th semester. Various Companies like Accenture, CapGemini, JP MOrgan visit the campus. the highest pakage for this year was 19LPA and the average package was 7LPA in my opinion. 90 percent students got placed this year I will be geting placed as well after degree.

The placement scenario in our college is quite decent, especially for core branches like mechanical engineering. student become eligible for campus placement from the 7th semester onward. the college has a dedicated training and placement cell that helps students improve their technical and communication skill to work shops and mock interviews. Several reputed companies visit the campus every year, including TCS Infosys, tech Mahindra, and loid metals ,etc. around 60 to 70% of student from mechanical branch get placed either through campus recruitment or off campus drives. The highest package offer is usually around 6 to 7 LPA, while the average package lies between 3 to 4 LPA depending on students performance and skill set. some students also choose to pursue higher studies or prepare for government exams like GATE and UPSC after completing their degree.

Get placed in companies like TCS etc. The highest package from our college is 1200000 and the lowest package is 300000. 80% students get placement offers based on skill and other 20% student who didn't got the placement apply separately in companies. Students who completed their masters are eligible for placements. Companies include Pharma, Biotech, R&d, agri companies, food industries, we can apply there. Well from 3rd semester students can apply and visit different companies previously, haidrabad, banglore are visited by our seniors. Students get salary of 30000-40000 ,there are students selected for multiple high rated companies. 30-40% Students get placed. I want to pursue Phd from India as I am more focus in research.

Placement Experience:

7th and 8th sem student are eligible for placements. There were multiple companies which visited from big IT mncs like wipro , capgemini, tcs to domain based companies like adani power and jsw paints. The max placement were from computer science with almost 90% student getting an offer and it would e 20-30 % for other streams.
