Ques. Can students from outside RTMNU apply for M.Sc Forensic Sciences?
Ans. Yes, students from other universities can apply but seats are very limited. Out of 20 total seats, 18 are reserved for RTMNU B.Sc Forensic Science graduates. One seat is reserved for candidates from other Maharashtra universities and one for candidates from outside Maharashtra. If reserved seats go unfilled they are reallocated to RTMNU graduates.
Ques. What is the total fee for M.Sc Forensic Sciences at RTMNU?
Ans. The total fee for the 2-year M.Sc Forensic Sciences programme at RTMNU is INR 27,000. Backward class students are exempt from tuition fee under the Maharashtra government free studentship scheme. A processing charge of INR 1,000 is deducted if a student cancels admission before the last date and applies for a refund. Examination fees for each semester are payable separately.
Ques. Is CUET-PG compulsory for M.Sc Forensic Sciences admission at RTMNU?
Ans. Yes, CUET-PG conducted by the National Testing Agency is the mandatory entrance examination for postgraduate admissions at RTMNU.
