Eligibility Criteria
Candidate seeking admission to first year Bachelor in Physiotherapy (BPT):
- Shall have passed an examination conducted by Boards/Councils/Intermediate Examination established by State Government/Central Government and recognized as equivalent to a two year Pre University Examination by Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Health Sciences, with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology, with minimum 50% marks.
- Should have passed MGM CET BPT held by MGMIHS with minimum 50% marks.
- Every candidate before admission to program shall furnish a certificate of Medical Fitness from an authorized Medical Officer to the effect, that candidate is physically fit to undergo Physiotherapy program.
- “Essential requirements” of cognitive, affective and psychomotor attributes necessary for completing professional education enabling each graduate to subsequently enter clinical practice and be able to evaluate, plan & execute Physiotherapy treatment independently.

Fees are 2,50,000 per year. Caution fees of 20,000 was given (refundable). Other fees :25,000 only once at the time of admission , registration fees- 1000 (form filling). Other categories also paid the same fees.Dont have idea about the scholarships that are available for the students

We have to give an entrance exam for mgm school of Physiotherapy, kamothe. In the year 2024 this exam was conducted in august. If you qualify through exam the fees as of 2022 batch was 2.5LPA and for management seats the fees was 5LPA.

Fee structure is very fixed that is 200000 or 2lakh rupees fees per annum along with 20k fees for eligibility of registration as medical student and 20k as a deposit which will be returned at the end of program.
Scholarship is provided for students of OBC category only if their annual income is less than 8lakh per annum

The cost will be a little too much considering if you opt for a private college but fees won't be a problem if you study in a government college. My Fee was only rs. 10000 per annum But overall you have to spend a good amount of money on books and other stuff like eg stethoscope bp apparatus.

Every year there is a hike in the fees. Scholarships are available but through a private system. One must enquire thoroughly about the same.
The job can be attained off campus. No stipend is given on campus or during the course.
