Lab facility is very good. teachers are very nice and friendly.
Best lecture halls to study here and best facilities like indoor sports complex with olympic size swimming pool.
Placements and internship opportunities are great here. great coding culture and supportive environment by seniors.

Dislikes

The mess is too far from the hostels is also one thing i disliked i need to rush to college from mess if mess is near it would be better
I hated the power cuts in my college which occurs sometimes at night which disturbs my sleep
The mess food on few days of week is very bad.

All about IIT Indore

Likes

Campus is really nice, hostels are cleaned, well maintained.
Faculties are approachable, good to communicate.
Research facility is quite good. Various techniques are present.

Dislikes

Situated very far from city. Things are expensive to buy.
There is negligible scholarship offer for master student
There is very less placement opportunities.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum and teaching method is good. There is moderate level of exam. It is neither too hard not too easy. It is more towards research which is good. Placement basis is quite low which should be improved.

Likes

Hostel are very good and neat and clean.
Campus is very neat and clean with very nice greenaries
Lab facility is very good. Teachers are very nice and friendly.

Placement Experience:

There are various companies that come here for placement. Mainly placement for biotechnology students is at biopharma industries and edtech companies. The average package is 10 LPA. But students can also sit for IT companies where the package is 20-30LPA.

Students are eligible for Placements from the 3rd sem of M.Sc. Placement coordinators invite the companies and then interviews are held. Placement for M.Sc. courses is very less as most students opt for a Ph.D.

Every year, companies come to this college for placement, where usually B.Tech and M.Tech students are put. Other companies come here for M.Sc. students, but it is entirely up to the student whether or not he wants to go. Although this college offers internships, no remuneration is provided.

About My College

Remarks:

Positive remark is, hostels in the campus are A grade. Negative remark can be the extra charges of hostels if living in summer vacations. There is also an unbearable summer. You won't try to go outside the campus in between 11 am to 3 pm.
