I think this helped me to develop my skills in the management field. As I am learning how the company environment inside the have . And in this course, we have to study how we can manage the things that a company faces when they have lots of work done by them.

Placement is an issue I will not say that IPS doesn't provide placement, IPS provides placement and a good placement, but not up to the mark, companies come but not the reputed one's, as of now MBA ( finance) only 60 percent placement has done. Due to lack of big companies students find hard to crack the GD And PI round of placement, A local start-ups come for recruitment and they don't even have send to take GD and PI , I Request IPS to please provide us good company to sit on placement. As of now I am not placed yet but after my post graduation I will start my own startup.

The course was really very well structures as the entire modules & syllabus was as per DAVV University. There are 2 semesters per year and exams are based on the semesters. The faculty in the college was good, however, the support required at that moment seems to be a challenge now.

They campus placement opportunity is very good in iimr college. My plan was after completing the course seeking job from outside or job market. If you are in the 3rd semister of your mba course you are eligible for the campus placements. There are saveral types of company came in the campus such as tcs, infosys , hdfc bank ,icici bank and many more. Highest package of the college is 10 lakh and average package is 4 lpa. There are 80 % of student getting placement in the college.

After 1 Year(3Sem) students are eligible for the placements. Minimum Percentage is 50%. Companies like, infoses, TCS , HDFC Bank, Lupin ,Amazon are companies coming for hiring. CDC team personally trained stutents for the companies and take the mock interviews and Gds.

After the 3rd semester students are eligible to participate in campus placement Visited Companies are Airtel, agrawal namkeen, few banks Highest package gone is 6.5 LPA On an Average package - 3-4 lakh per annum.

from MBA 3rd sem students become eligible for placement. Since we are still persuing the course, we are getting opportunities to appear in placements. Recently oneo f our batchmates have been hired in Nezda Global at a package of 15 lakhs. We are still in process of placements .
