Truthful story of JSSLC

Faculties are well experienced, the teaching method is very good
Conducting internals components is best in this college, pick and speak is most interesting internsl component and it's very helpful for law students to speak in court hall
They promote kadhi by keeping them as uniform on Saturday ,it is very unique idea as a law students

Dislikes

The campus is very small , there is no proper auditorium
There's no much cultural activities, which is quite boring
There's no enough space for parking vehicles

So basically ,law was my dream from my childhood And i wanted to do my law degree in best college So i selected this college There's practical exposure in this college Which i don't like is exam timing Paper will be lengthy 2.5 hours is not sufficient

KLE Law College is Lovely!!

KLE Society's pedigree with law college is quite old and therefore studies are invincible here.
CLAT is required to get admission at KLE Law College Bangalore.
Internships are among one of the most important thing for law students and out college helps in providing that to its students.

Dislikes

Uniform is compulsory at our college and all days of the week, we have to wear it no matter what.

Placement Experience:

It's the law firms like Wadia Gandhy, Dsk Legal, Trilegal and others. Some merchant bankers too are now a part of our placements thing and this is where it is getting interested as we are getting to explore new opportunities. Pay as of now is around 4-5 LPA but I hope it increases to atleast 10 by 2030.

Ifim law school review

Likes

There a a lot of events and competitions that keeps happening , it's quite fun if you're into it
The faculty is really experienced and has knowledge in the subject
The canteen serves delicious food and is huge

Dislikes

The infrastructure is not the most ideal. It's quite small but manageable
Huge fest only happened a year once but it's grand
There is only 1 auditorium for 3 institution

Placement Experience:

Around the 10th semester if I'm not wrong , internship opportunities are already good here. Since I'm in my first year that's what I'm more knowledgeable about .there are commeties which helps in internship and placement.

The college is good in teaching specific subjects teacher are pretty good but not all college will make you read all the things which will help you
College conduct exams after every unit gets over soo u will be good with the final exmas as you have already studied that topic for ut test and they even take preparatory test which will help in final exmas give you a glance of how final exam will be
College is very strict and will make you follow the rules which i feel will give you discipline which is must needed for lawyers and make you prepared for that

Dislikes

College campus is still in under construction and campus is not at all big enough. And its mostly crowded with puc students as both puc and law college share thaf small campus
College timing is not at all good its just like school 9 to 3 you won't be able to get enough time for yourself or any other work you wanted to do in your college life , n you can hardly go to internships daily
College is very much strict , too much and all rules are like school, you wont get that feeling of College and the crowd is not that great and the canteen is not at all good not , and there is no place to hangout inside campus its tooo small

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is kind of good but mostly out dated because as compared to Christ Law College and other top law colleges curriculum is very behind it's useful but not for future as a I gonna take ai big step ahead and the bba subject can be improved as it dont mainly focus as the mainstream bba so it should be improved too and aswell there need to change in the first sem subjects it all unless as its same as class 12th and course us not more oriented to cooperate law as mostly people take bballb because to get in cooperate field but this is not best

The girls to boy ratio is stable. We pretty much have equal number of girls as boys. And there is no discrimination between genders whatsoever.
College has good professors and it is a growing institution
It is located in Center part of the city, being near to various law firms and all the courts

Dislikes

Placement not that great, there haven't been any placements yet. But however the institution is building it.
Library needs to be built well. There aren't much books and librarian is senselessly strict.
There is no canteen of our own per say. A good canteen is really appreciated.

The curriculum is standard and updated. It is highly relevant. We have all the main law subjects covered and it is spaced out smartly through the semesters.

I liked the Experience that the staff they have here. The infrastructure and facilities are good..there is good safety as there are security gaurds everywhere in the campus
There are cameras equipped everywhere in the campus for safety
There is good support for sports background students by the college.

Dislikes

Congested parking space for two wheelers in law block

Placement Experience:

There are good placements from our college. they even set us to offices which offer internships they frequently update in WhatsApp groups about the opportunities that students have regarding placements

They provide good exposure, helps one to acquire human values, moral, empathy etc.

Very strict correction from kslu board .

Course Curriculum Overview:

Exams are pretty tough and lengthy . There is one exam per semister in a year . We need to go through many books by many authors to understand the concept in detail and thoroughly . Once the concept is understood it's very easy for us to go for the next part.

Likes

Moot court and moot court competition's.
The well equiped library with both e material and books
The mentorshop is very good it takes care of students overall development

Dislikes

The campus is very small and strict rules.
Very poor bus facilities provided ti student
No or very less sports activities no ground

Placement Experience:

The placement is provided mostly to very good studenrs in the academics. Its mostly done in advocate offices and also a few law firms. The law firrms are not that big but good for gaining experience. The others with the internships done and academics can get Outcampus placemts as well

The girls are comparitively more in my class. The ratio would be 70:30
I like the way the events are conducted.
Sports is gove importance in our college.

Dislikes

Not much appreciation is done on behalf of sports activities amd achievements
Few teachers in the college have vast knowledge but lack teaching skills.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Major teachers go off topic and theres no relevance to the topic or lesson or chapter they are supposed to teach. Which in turn confuses us on what we have to study. It would be better if they use interesting and enthusiastic ways to keep the class energetic and mindfull on what the teacher saying. Implying new methods of teaching would be of great help.
