- The college is too strict with attendance,if a student’s attendance is below 85 he has to pay a fine of ?5000,?3000 and ?2000 and if the student has a less than 75% attendance then he/she is detained which is very wrong ~ Abhinaba Bhuyan, BA

- The things that i like most about my college is the faculty and how they teach professionalism and discipline.
- The amount of opportunities are countless there is a club for every thing also clubs with credit points .
- Active speaking and participation is held of so much importance there
Dislikes
- The 85% attendance criteria is something that bothers me alot not only about this college but about our education system
- The faculty of christ sometimes gets very strict
- sometimes it gets hard to cope up with clubs and assignments, exams and attendance
Placement Experience:
so Christ provides a lot of internship. The batch of Christ is a very good thing to get placements and internships as well. The placements are seniors were provided with our amazing. There are also many seniors, who started their own start-ups and are well settled. Christ almost guarantees 99% of the internship, but it also depends on one over itself. How capable are you.
the highest package which was offered in undergraduate degree was maybe between 20,00,000 to 25,00,000

- Festing culture: it provides a very good understanding of the work dynamics of corporate
- Beautiful Campus: the infrastructure is nice
- Selection of people. The students who are here are of good quality mostly
Dislikes
- Discipline: too much of discipline is imposed in uniform and everything
- Hierarchy: for any approvals, a long hierarchy needs to be followed
- Non understanding of genuine reasons for absenteeism
Placement Experience:
Only 25% of the students want placements. Big4, Zomato, SAP, Tribehive, etc come for placements for avg 7lpa. The highest was by DEShaw 22.5LPA.
Most of the students plan to join family business, startup, or higher education

- the discipline and dress code- this helps students to prepare themselves for the world outside,
- research papers and publications- if student wants to publish the research paper or assist any professor for the same christ university provides a wonderful platform mentoring that student to write and help them to publish one.
- academics and fests - the detailed course plan helps the student to follow everything in a proper order and the fests and events helps students to build networks and explore the opportunities
Dislikes
- attendance - students really have to work hard to maintain 85% of attendance sometimes when the student is busy in fests and other events they miss attendance and college don't take the responsibility for the same, the student has be alert with this
- last minute cia's - sometimes professors give them cias in last minute which might be hectic for student to complete and submit in the given period of time.
Placement Experience:
Christ University has proper club called Center for placement and career guidance (CPCG).
we have a placement coordinators and placemnet officers. the placement rate in christ university is quite good and they offer many training for the same such as resume building , apptitude , group disscussion, interveiw and body alnguage trIaning trainings are provoded either by other person outside the colllge or someone from the college.
students become eligible to sit in college from 5th semester or third year and try not to get backlogs because many company dont take students with backlogs
the companies started to come from june (2024) itself and till now (november when i am writing this) there has been 50 companies who has come for BBA students
the heighest pakage till now is 22 lakhs and the average pakacge ranges between 6 to 9 lakhs.
in my class by now 14 students has been placed out of 70 and still counting. however it doesnt guarantee placements and students are free to search companies and apply offiline.
my plans after getting degree is to get placed and if i m not able to make it then i will go for heigher studies.

- The environment is very calm and nice and it’s not too hectic as such and there is a lot of greenery making sure that it looks nice and reviving.
- The people , I know people say that Christ university students are bit rude but honestly no everyone’s chill and very nice and will help you if you reach tot them
- The opportunities that one can get in this college is amazing because there is always something happening at campus and it’s lively and people learn new things
Dislikes
- The teacher can be a bit moody and might be little be scary
- The rules and regulations are very strict like you will be kicked out of college if you were not wear a tie
- The sem feels like it’s being rushed and it’s really going fast because the teachers had very limited time in even sem

From 5 th sem students are eligibility for campus placements and few companies are D.E. Shaw, Goldman , Deloitte, Accenture , Birla , etc are offers are really common and almost everyone gets a placement and the highest package that happened this year was 15 lakhs and average is around 6-7 lakhs and around 70% of the students get placements and my plans after degree are to pursue further studies

- Very strict as compared to other colleges
- Strict dress code of all the working hours
- 85% attendance is compulsory or else strict consequences
Placement Experience:
The campus recruitment happens every year and the students who are active in forms of clubs and other activities are easily placed in campus recruitment. There are various companies that visit campus for recruitment.

- The crowd is pretty good with helpful seniors.
- The placement cell is good with providing training with mock interviews and group discussion with linkedin profile optimisation
- The area has grown a lot with franchises like KFC, Dominos, Subway, Polar bear and Vishal mega mart and metro station just on walking distance
Dislikes
- Very strict with the dress code and grooming
- Can suspend you if caught smoking, ragging, or even if you don't listen to faculty and forget about some singer or any famous personality coming and having a big fest and concert.
- Have to maintain attendance of 85% overall otherwise you cant sit for exams and they are very strict with it they wont listen to you
Placement Experience:
from 5th semesters the students become eligible for placements and some big companies like Goldman sacks, Deloitte, EY, DE shaw etc. will start visiting and will get the cream students with the packages o 12-15 lpa, this years the placement rate was low for BBA but the packages were higher. IN BCom. most of the students get placed but at a very low package of 4-6 lpa, the BCA students will get placed pretty easily as it is the flagship program. The palns after degree would be pursuing MBA which most of the students do and complete that. The average overall package you can say would be 8 lpa with placement rate of 50-60%. Thsi year most of the investment banker and finance related profiles got the maximum package with HR and marketing with average and less profiles in comparison.

- there is no proper placement and items provided in canteene are basic ones

From final year you become eligible for interview and only 10 percent of students attend because most of them go for higher studies and only few small companies come for interview and TCS was the only big company which came in 2023.highest package is 500000 and avg is 350000

- Too many rules initially, too strict and it does not give any window for relaxation of rules
- Fees charged over lack of attendance and hall ticket blocked for papers
- Degree is held on if the backlogs are not cleared by the student
Placement Experience:
It is good, 30 percent of our batch is placed in my campus, Kengeri. Other campuses such as central and bannerghatta are also witnessing a good tirnout where companies are picking up students in different job profiles be it marketing operations analyst financials etc etc.

- The constant activities and events make the college life so much more exciting. Evey department has their fests which anyone can take part in regardless of their course. The structured way of running things reflects discipline and efficiency.
- The diversity of students coming in. People from every nook and corner of the world and from different parts of India study here. The infrastructure is amazing and the college recently went under redevelopment. The campus amenities are amazing!
Dislikes
- The strict attendance policy. Can't take a lot of leaves.
- Form filing for claiming leave of absence.Its a huge process which requires you to get signatures from various authorities to be cleared for leave exemption.
Placement Experience:
The placement cell is really good. We have job opportunities for all kinds of roles. The companies coming in are also really good.
Highest package offered was ?22lakhs.
Companies like KPMG,EY,Deloitte and Deshaw visited campus. Many startups and insurance companies also visit.
