The best college in Bangalore

Likes

The college environment is very nice and productie
The people are very friendly and from different Cultures
The teachers and employees are really friendly and teach really good

Dislikes

The faculty and the some people are a bit rude.
Food is not that good in the mess and the restaurants
There is a lack of sports facilities and scope

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is really very relevant to the course and for life in general and nothing is teached without a use. There is 2 exams in one semester, mid semester and end semester exam and the difficulty is based of how you study and its pretty easy if you do that.

Likes

The weather conditions and hostel maintanence is good.
The labs are well arranged and conducted in good manner
The food provided by hostel is excellent and healthy.

Dislikes

The faculty are not good , they say that the faculty is from some good University but the teaching is not good.
Workshops are conducted where it helps us gaining knowledge about wide variety.

Placement Experience:

The placements are not that good but only a few students of our seniors got placement. From 7th sem the students are eligible for campus placements. Companies like HP, infosys visited but very less students got placed. After completing the degree i would like to do the Masters in Game Designing and development and work after it.

A Complete review of Alliance University Bangalore

Likes

The environment and the surrounding is really great, productive, naturistic and the campus is really good.
There isnt absolutely any type of ragging in the campus and everyone is cooperative and friendly
It has student of all cultures and languages which gives you a lot of experience dealing with different people.

Dislikes

The college is far from the main bangalore city so if you want to explore famous spots of bangalore you'd have to travel far
Its hard to know if any events are happening and is not regulated properly
Events in general are dead and not very vibeful.

Placement Experience:

After the 5 th semester student are eligible for the placements and from the first semester itself a lot of internship offers are available. If you have enough skill and manage to get in your lucky. To get like a good placement you'l need a good cgpa. As per the college the average salary is 3lpa and highest is 24lpa I think. My plan after completing would be to start a buisness.

Aur college is very well maintain which have not A+ grade according to this year 25 they are given the new grade and our college follows sustainable practices like that our college is very green campus in entire Bengaluru City

There is no such kind of dislike in our college because our college is very good

A well rounded collage experience in Alliance University

Likes

Alliance prepares students to contribute positively toward the environment . they provide a perfect blend of academic excellence and they also provide practical exposure by conducting many workshops.
They have the best faculties who are well experienced . Many of them have worked in top industries , they breakdown the most complex topics into simple terms making it easier for the students to understand .
It is a ecofriendly collage that enhances both leaning and wellbeing .They also offer excellent placement and also provide many internships within the collage for the students .

Dislikes

With my experience in Alliance University it is a very positive collage but it can get a little crowded during peak hours that is during the lunch break or during any fest but they try their best to keep the crowd under control .
The campus is a bit far from the city which makes it hard for students who are not living in hostel and also due to the heavy traffic in bangalore it is hard to go to the city andcome back .
The portals can get a little slow when the exam results are published or when you want to apply for any medical leave , which can be challenging .

Placement Experience:

Alliance university has a strong placement record it has ties with top companies they help students get internship and job offers with top companies they themselves offer internship in their own collage the elegibility for placement mostly depends on the attandance and student overall performance they prepare students for interviews and as a person who had a hard time even standing up in the stage they truly helped me with my social anxity and helped me prepare for my interviews the university have achived a 100% placement , with more than 6000 job offers the salary package ranges from 7 LPA the highest being 60LPA . some of the top recruiters re AXIS BANK,HDFC BANKS and NESTLE . For students who may not secure placement through campus drives alliance university offers comprehensive supports.

the campus life it is very good half of the campus is coverd with trees which the environment very chill and joyful the college conducts various events to keep there students engaging in the campus there are various clubs which will give you knowledg
the faculties of the college are very nice they have completed there phd and graduation from big big colleges like IIM and IIT and various foreign universities and they have years of experience in teaching feild which make there lecture very interest
the sports facilities are very great and there are different faculties for different sports.

Placement Experience:

Above 90% of students get placed every year from the university and more than 100 companies are hiring from the college.the highest package is of 1200000 and the average package is of 900000 students after final semester can apply.for placements.

Btech students are eligible from 3rd year of education Mtech student are eligible from 2nd year of education Same goes for design, architecture, paw, MBA, MCA etc 50+ number of company visits, 35 LPA is the higgest package and lowest package is around 7LPA. 75% of the students get placed I wanted to complete Phd in the same college

Likes

The well maintained campus will always greet me the whole day
All the faculties were friendly, Infact they will be super energetic and try to connect to you.
Opportunities, there is a tone load of opportunities in sports as well as in academics.

Dislikes

I would probably say the security is so strict.
Attendance was mandatory. 75% was the minimum that we should maintain.

Placement Experience:

The highest placement was 14 lakhs but on an average, it would be around 5-6 lakhs per annum. The University's career advancement and networking department brings in a lot of companies but the skill and talent to crack the interviews and tests conducted by the companies are in the student's hands.

My Experience

Likes

The aspects of the Alliance University that i really appreciate is the greenary of the campus and neat and the hygine they maintain in the food .conducting the events should be more that should be improved
The engagement with the campus life and the beauty of the Alliance campus at the night times feels very peacefull
The quality of the infrastructure in the BTech block is just awesome and including the campus amenities and learning and professional development is good

Dislikes

The only thing i dislike about the college is there is a very less events
And no proper place for the events means no auditorium
And the costs for the food in the canteen and even in the aromas is high

Course Curriculum Overview:

My course is BTech in Computer Science i was very much intersed in the computer science so i have deecided to take this course.The faculty ,the way of their tecahings and the examples they will give us while teaching prepares us for the real-world applications .And the our college gives us to free access to the coursera to learn effectively and to get a certificate.The timing for the mid-sem exams is one hour and the final sem is 3 hours and the difficulty level is medium.

Faculty is extremely good with teachers from IIMs
Infrastructure is also extremely good with serene nature
Hostel is also maintained very well with good quality food

Dislikes

Schedule is little bit hectic with regards to this time management needs to be done effectively

Course was industry specific with practical knowledge through examples it was very good experience though the subjects were a little bit more than required examples one subject like service marketing and another subject was overlapping. The exams conducted were matched with the teaching done if one attends well he can answer each and every questions

If you don’t have any other top-ranked colleges in your hand, you can consider going to Alliance University. Most students have a neutral stance towards it. The campus is quite good with lush greenery and a major plus point is that they update their curriculum quite frequently.

When it comes to the food, the canteen maintains quite good hygiene standards and you will definitely like that food there.
A library is also a popular place with around 50,000 different books and other learning sources as well.

The university is one of the best B-schools in south India. Some of the noteworthy rankings are as follows:

Placements:

The college has really good placements especially when it comes to business courses.

Companies like Amazon, Paytm, MakeMyTrip recruit students annually.

There are chances that you might receive negative feedback regarding the management of the college. But, my advice to you would be to visit the college once before planning to take admissions. The rankings mentioned above are quite good in my opinion. There might be a few issues since the change in management but overall, you should have a good time.
