University of Jammu Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

More departments should be included then people will be more. And then we can also avail a hostel too. It can make the college campus more interactive.

No entrance exams were taken that time. Process is on merit base . ya there is interview process.My interests in sciences made me to choose these subjects....

This college does not provide so much job opportunities or placements but if some one who performs exceptionally good in any department then he or she can reach at good place via this college. But this college does not provide placements or job opportunities.

Good college but could not make his dreams come true here.But for civil this is the full of opportunities and there is great scope .so go for it.

No companies visited the campus. So no average package. You have to find a job for yourself ringing every doorbell. A few students got placed in Govt. Sect.

Only students with good academics were allowed to sit in the placement process. 5-6 percent students were placed. Many major companies like L&T, Infosys etc visited the campus. Average package was up to like 4 lac.

Overall the college is god but it needs some development. Actually in reality it is not a dream college for anyone.But in terms of studies it is one of the best in the city.

Tata Ipson Uddaan.placement scenario was very very versatile good and nearly forty percent of students got placed the average package for the students was nearly four lakh rupees. The other companies that visited the college were HP, TATA consultancy.

I wrote JKCET 2017 to land up in the college and there is no interview process but there was an induction program me of few organised by college committee . I chose C.S.E. because i have a keen interest in the subject and to gain proper knowledge of artificial human like machines which just cannot think on its own and have no emotions in them. Actually I want to do something innovative in the field of software world . In short I want to make the world know that it does not matter that IIT's , NIT's or BIT's are the best college in our Indian society but i depends on your dedication to something and you can be a worth person in the society who can beat the best technical minds of India.

Well, the placement scenario is not so good as this college doesn't offer any professional course. Despite being a non-professional college, yet 'UDAAN' visits in our college for placement purposes due to our college's better result in the university records.
