I think the social life in the university is fun. There are a lot of places to eat and hangout. Also, there is a huge library full of books for the nerds. The classrooms are simple but some of them have projectors and smart boards.

. There are many fests held in the university like Spring fests, business fests, foundation day fests and all
. The library is quite good and you can get almost every book there.
. There are projectors installed in many classrooms, however many of the other classes are too basic.
. The extracurricular is not that good. There’s a basketball court, a cricket ground, a badminton court and a table tennis room only for boys.
. There are no social groups run by students in our uni.
. No clubs, nothing.

There are a lot of fests and events organized by the university such as food fest, cultural fest, tech fest, book fest, annual day, foundation day, etc. The library is huge and has all kinds of books to offer. The classrooms are simple, but some of them have projectors. The sports tournaments are also rganized once in a while, and there are various clubs where students can join to be social.

Toral experience in this university is good as you are being surrounded with positive environment and you're going to learn a lot of things from this college as it is far from City. You may get to know about other districts of Kashmir and meet other people and make new friends.

The college was goid in healding camps for good health.Organising many programmes for good health,medicines ,cultural programmes and much more.
They used to involve students in many extra curricular activities.

The university does not organise many events ,workshops or functions that could provide student swith exposure to industry trends ,networking or extra curricular activities. This lack of practical exposure limit students overall development outside the classroom leaving room for improvement in this area

There are many functions in the college like stalls, environment day, robotics, showing your inventions and many companies come and give you product and shows you how to sell them because I am in business student. I have to do this all.

There are not many events held in University. There are some events held in summer months ( may - August) . Mechanical department where I am from has a student club namely DYNAMECX which is for the growth of students. This club holds event in the month of November.
