JUIT Solan Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

From the 7th semester, students are eligible for the placements. For the specifical biotechnology department, very few companies came on-campus in the 7th semester, during my time. However, no. Of the company rose in 8th semester. In the Biotechnology department in 2019, approximately 80% of students got placed. Some opt for higher studies

The placements begin in 4th year and companies start visiting the campus form the month of July. It has centralised placement and students have to visit Just Noida to appear for exams. The highest package was approx 15 lacs and the average package is around 3.5 lacs for mass recruiters.

7th semester onwards, the companies start arriving for placements. I got 3 on-campus placement offers. The amount of opportunities for placements is fine, companies ranging from mass recruiters like Infosys, Cognizant to dream companies like Amazon visit campus. Tbh, CSE/IT students do get the most opportunities, maybe simply because the branch has enormous scope in India as of now. Depends on the individual to make the most out of opportunities, just need to keep the programming concepts and basics of core subjects clear. Most of the students have at least one offer. Basically, placements for CSE/IT students are brilliant, others just might have to suffer a little.

The college has excellent placements, the tech giants like Amazon, Zscalar, Hashedin, Google, etc visit the college for campus placements. The good thing is that almost everyone got placed till the end of the 4th year. But the worst part is the placement policy that once you are placed irrespective of your package(it may be high as 27 LPA or low as 3LPA) you won't be permitted to sit further for the placements. Apart from this policy, campus placements are good.

As soon as a student completes the third year, he/she becomes eligible for the campus placements. The college has a very good placement record with many students having more than one offers. After getting the degree I will be continuing with the company I got placed in.

Placement for CSE is 100% with the highest package offered 27LPA. You will get placed easily as there are a lot of companies visit in our college including companies like Amazon & Google. So it's up to you if you will work hard then college provides you with a good platform.

The campus placements are very nice here. There are a lot of companies that visit our campus every year. Big IT giants like Infosys, cognizant, amazon and much others give offers to students. Sometimes students get more than 1 offers and they can decide which company they wanna choose. The highest package that has been offered is by Amazon with CTC of 30 lakhs.

The college has an excellent placement since I have joined the college in 2017 the placement every year is almost 100%. There are 100+ companies which visit the campus every year among them the top companies are Amazon, Google, Zscaler, Hashedin, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, ZS Associates etc.

Since I got admitted we have 100% placements records, with about 80% students have more than 3 offers. After getting a degree, I will be continuing with the job I got in campus placements.

After 6th semester, In campus placement has been start visiting our campus. There is a lot of companies visit the college and provide average placement in terms of salary but it is more than average in terms of a student placed. The maximum package was by Amazon it hires the intern from all Jaypee universities i.e. 28lpa and the average package is about 4.5lpa.
