OP Jindal University is a fully residential college where hostel accommodation is mandatory for all students. There are separate hostels for girls and boys, with over 14 hostels in total, and new hostels under construction. Rooms are primarily on a 3-sharing basis for undergraduates, with some variations offering 2, 3, and 4-sharing options. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, WiFi, furniture, and attached bathrooms, and facilities such as common rooms, study rooms, pantries, and vending machines are available.

The hostel fee is approximately Rs. 2.5 lakhs per year, inclusive of meals. Meals are served four times a day, offering a variety of cuisines, and additional dining options are available at food courts. There is a curfew of 10 PM for undergraduate students, with a gate pass required for late returns. The hostels are well-guarded and maintained, with laundry and room cleaning services provided. Despite some minor issues with WiFi, the hostel facilities are considered among the best in the country.
