JGU can make anyone jealous!!

Dislikes

The fees is a little high as we pay 6-7 times of what NLU students pay.

Fees and Financial Aid:

At JGU, JGLS which is a particular school for LAW is where we are registered and an yearly fees of 10 lakhs is what we have to pay for our course. It is an expensive course but for a surreal experience like ours we are supposed to pay this much.

The acoomodarion fee is 150000 ruppees and the tution fee is 700000. And the fees for other courses vary from 600000 ruppees to 120000 ruppees. There are pleanty of scholarships availible for students who perform well in the entrance examinations.

Jindal ka life

The payment is 8 lakhs including hostel , this is a only residential campus only. There are many ways u can opt for scholarships like cracking LSAT or being in the top of the batch . The fee is worth the money as u get top notch professional professor who have field experience

Jindal Global Law School - Yay or Nay?

The yearwise fee structure is subject to 10% increase every year. The overall fees payable for a semester for Jindal Global Law School is - 4,13,500 as of 2024-25. This includes: Tution Fees of : 287500 Residential Fees of : 126000 This amount is paid every semester (two semesters a year). Residential Fees is compulsory since staying outside the campus is not allowed. While enrolling into the college, you only have to pay the fees for the first semester along with Rs 50,000 security deposit which will be returned back to you upon graduation with cuts if any (property damage, library fines etc) Scholarships: Merit cum need scholarship (granted upon discretion) Shallu Jindal Women Scholarship

First Year Student’s Experience of JGLS

The total cost touches 9 lakhs. Scholarships are given based on Merit and Means together, not separately. Campus employment is as per the discretion of professors, who take students for internships with them or some became teaching assistants. There is stipend in some cases as per my knowledge.

Life At Jindal from humble beginnings to global connections

Tuition fee is around 625000 which is indeed on the higher side, as this school has faculty who graduated from esteemed institutions across the globe this price well defines it. Hostel fee ranges around 280000 again indeed high

OP Jindal Global University and its Pros and Cons

The total fees of this university is very high

Since, I am still in my first year I do not know about the hikes in fees.The total cost was 9.75 lakhs for the first year. Scholarship is provided to people who got more than 80 percentile and have a family income less than 30 lakhs per annum. I have not been awarded any stipened but in your 4th you can get a stipened if you get the role of teacher's assistant.

Jindal provides scholarship for 75% of the students studying here and you can always apply for education loan at any bank, may be Axis bank. To be honest everyone here is a rich brat, but there are people like me who are comes from middle class family who cant pay such a heavy amount. But to score good and avail a scholarship is the best option.

College Review

I have been given the Haryana Domicile Scholarship. This scholarship is granted on the basis of the LSAT score and is only available as an option to Haryana residents. I scored 94. 23 percentile in my LSAT examination and received a 50% scholarship. Other scholarships are awarded to students who have 99. 99 percentile in LSAT.
