NIT Kurukshetra M. Tech. Eligibility Criteria
- For M.Tech., Candidates who have secured at least 60% marks in B. Tech. are eligible to apply.
- Candidates will have to qualify the GATE Exam.
- Reservation of seats is done in accordance with the rules laid down by the Government of India.
NIT Kurukshetra M. Tech. Selection Criteria
- All GATE qualified candidates will have to appear for CCMT Counselling.
- Selection of candidates will be scrutinized on the basis of GATE score CCMT counselling and a list will be prepared accordingly.
- Cut off for each specialization will be decided by the central counselling board of CCMT.

How to Apply for an M.Tech Course?
- Register for the GATE exam through the Online Application form
- Enter the login details in order to create a unique ID and password.
- Now fill the application form with the personal information such as name, date of birth, personal mobile number, parents’ name, parents’ mobile number, etc.
- Upload photograph, signature and other essentials documents as applicable in the form.
- Also, enter the GATE paper (subject) and choice of examination cities.
- After filling, pay the application fee of INR 1500/- (INR 750/- for female/SC/ST/OBC candidates)
- At last submit the form and take a printout of the duly filled application form for future admission procedure.
