Fees and Financial Aid:

The fee structure of the college is decent enough like it is not soo cheap and not so expensive . The people belonging to reservation castes are offered some fee waiver but those who do not belongs to any category they have to pay the total fees like in my case ei had to pay 180K in a year as a fees and I don't not belongs to any caste ..SC ST have a fee waiver for 100% and those of EWS have 66.6%

Beautiful NIT Kuruskehtra

The college on the basis of fee structure is worth it according to me like there is not a waste of single penny , Fees of students vary from student to student's category , like for SC/ST there is a 100%fee waiver on the other hand for those belonging to EWS there is 66% fee waiver and those belonging to General they have to pay the full fees which round abouts to 80K per semester excluding the mess fee

I belongs to the EwS category so there was some fee waiver for me which was 2/3 or one can say 66.66% so thats a good opportunity for such people like me .... Those who belongs ro the sc or st category they have a fee waiver for 100%

My family income lies between the income bravket 1lp to 5 lpa , hence there is a fee waiver of 2/3 for those people so i have to almost pay a sum of 75000+33666 in the 1st year in 2 terms other than this we also have to play hostel / mess fee which round abouts to almost 30k per semester overall college is good enough , and for the people belonging to income bracket <1lpa ther is no tutition fee levied

Tution fee for general students is 96000 per semester.for it reduces with income of student and category he or she belongs. Tution fee for sc/st student and student having income less than one lakh is 13400-16500 per semester. For OBC tution fee reduction is 20 percent.

As I am a pwd student I get 100 percent fee waiver in my college the person who's family income is above 8 lacs you didn't get any fee waiver the person whose family encome is between 1 to 8 lakh get 2/3rd waiver and a person who's family income is less than or you are sc/st/pwd you get 100 per cent tuition fee waiver but you have to pay the fee of the hostel you can fill schlarship in nsp , or privately as its NIT as my branch is new there is no placement right my batch is first this the avg package of cs here around 20 lpa and definately my branch will get more placement than cs

There are different types of courses available -- BTech, MTech, PhD, BSc, MSc etc.

There are different fee structures for all the students based on their catagory and their physical and family status. The fee is different for the students based on their family income. A student of general category can complete his/ her course within 8 lacs. There are different types of scholarships for the students of reserved categories. The students of SC-ST catagory have no tution fee.

Tution fees is divided into 3 categories : 1. For students having family income less that 1 lakhs (For 1st semester 30K, then around 15-20K every semester) 2. For students having family income between 1 to 5 lakhs (For 1st semester 60K, then around 35K every semester) 3. For students having family income greater than 5 lakhs (For 1st semester 1.2 lakhs, then around 60K every semester) I have no idea about available scholarships and campus employment.

Nit kurukshetra is a government college and the college charges fee according to the government.The students whose family income is less one lakh doesn't have any fees and if the income is between one to five lakhs there will be decrement in the fees and hostel fees depends on the number of days you stayed in the hostel
