PDEU B.Tech Electrical Engineering: Fees 2025, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

PDPU is known for its highly qualified faculty, with all members holding Ph.D. degrees, including 25 in the electrical engineering department. Faculty often come from prestigious institutions like IITs and NITs. The college emphasizes teaching quality, offering special office hours for doubt resolution and personal lab assistants in labs. The engineering course fees are relatively high, with an annual tuition fee of 2,08,000 INR and overall fees of 2,21,000 INR.

Placement records are strong, with companies like Reliance, Torrent Power, and Infosys recruiting students. The 2014-2018 batch saw 80% placement, with a highest package of 15.5 lakh INR per annum for Petroleum Technology students and an average package between 6-7 lakh INR per annum. Placement opportunities start in the 7th semester. Students engage in rural and social internships in the 2nd year and practice knowledge internships from the 3rd year.

Scholarships are available, covering half the tuition fee for the top seven students in each branch annually alongside a Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme. The top seven students in each class get a complete fee waiver for the subsequent semester. Fees are typically paid in two installments, with additional scholarships like MYSY available to students.
