GNLU, in collaboration with Khaitan and Co, offers an Advanced Certificate Programme on Capital Markets and Securities Law. The course duration is 50+ hours, and it is delivered in both online and offline formats. The offline sessions are of 24+ hours, and are conducted at GNLU Gandhinagar campus itself. The teaching sessions are followed by an evaluation of the students by the end of the course.
The faculty comprises experts from SEBI and IFSCA, leading Capital Markets Lawyers, Academicians, Investment Bankers and Financial Auditors. The course delivers learning on these topics-
It is taught between December-February for every academic session, and its registrations start in the month of November. It is a very good course, and the best part is that during its 2023-24 edition, the top performing candidates were given an internship opportunity to work with Khaitan & Co.’s Capital Markets Team.
